There is no 'best' racial for a given class, the racials are all situational, Castanic would give most DPS. (Marginal gain) while other races would give better survivability and so forth

TL;DR pick what appeals to you, act as if there was no racials.

Definitely orcs. Trolls are also good. For PvP Undead and Belf are also strong candidates.
