You're the first person to bring up EME saying no to that, actually. EME had also stated on the old forums they didn't care if users replaced their textures. Now that we have new forums, it would be nice if they could restate their opinions on the matter and bring some sort of closure to this.
I really don't see why people always have to cry about something in a game... And it's always the people crying who get their way and in the end it destroys a game.
If the game was set to be a certain way, why not leave it how it is and slap a higher rating on it? There's games out there far worse then this and if the Elins original outfits offend you, the language and discussions on ANY MMO surely will so why bother playing?
People change things because they want to feel in control.
Oh, and I'm a female and I prefer Elins the original way simply because I don't believe in making changes to something to please the cry-babies who get offended over nothing
It was always a non issue from the start actually. Only after did EME take it on themselves with no feedback at all to begin a censorship campaign did it even become a issue.
They made it worse by the lack of clear info about it (maybe they thought if we ignore it it will go away) Then when it was revealed they actually slapped shorts on every armor design concern was raised about armor aesthetics fueling my backlash and finally that brings us to now where it is the most discussed issue and we have petitions on it.
And now this is stuck on the third page... Lovely. It looks like it is stuck in relative position to where it was created as I do believe it was the 4th thread made on the races subforum, ignoring the sticky posts.
Maybe it's punishment for all the Elin thread spam. The more people keep making multiple Elin threads complaining about the exact same thing the farther this one gets pushed back.
Nah, it hit the fan the moment this thread got stuck on the second page, not because of it. Legitimate guild threads are suffering from the same problem as well.
Technically the Game being M for Mature means there was no need to change the outfits for the Elin to begin with. The only thing that makes a game AO(Adults Only) is uncensored Sex. Thus the outfits if they were actually changed, were changed for no good reason. plain and simple.
