Well from an RP sense if you ever roll that way on the RP server (or maybe outside the RP server too on the PvP servers for those possibly frustrated with the lack of RP-PvP... I'm fine though btw ^.^), High Elf and Elin seem the magical way. I see many High Elf magic teachers and covering many magical based story roles, and Popo Elinu even has it's own Academy dedicated to the subject, with the vast majority of apprentice mages and being Elin (not to mention the higher ranking Elin are all magic users too at last check).

well anyway it is noticeable that various races are prioritized more in the worlds story for magic use than other races, these are the 2 I noticed most, though Popori also fill a lot of the magic roles in places too...

... well if all the races are equal stat wise, the actual story seems a good place to look when deciding race if you've already picked class. Especially when considering how you might want to build your character's story, (or if you don't really care solely for appearances and looking for a deciding factor anyway).



...re reading this I'm realizing I waffle a lot.... "oh well, that's just me" I say.

I personally use a High Elf. Because I love them, and because when you're totally out of MP, their 2 Hour Mana Core Ability really comes in handy (In dungeons, or in a tight spot). Full MP, instantly :).

Elin's are the best because they have a passive boost to movement speed, which helps you evade.

Elin have the same passive speed boost that all races get.

I have an Elin slayer and it runs at the same speed as the other races as far as I can tell.

I love my castanic sorc, shake those hips baby!

Elin's speed boost is actually active, and non-combat. xD
