so i plan on making an aman zerker as my main come OBT (dont want to restart in CBT now, so i have a castanic zerker and aman slayer... gonna switch those... lol :P), but idk if i like the black skin or white skin better (NO RACISM! its literally the dark blueish/blackish skin and the pure albino white skin).

and keep in mind he'll be in heavy armor, so dont let the higher level and better looking slayer armor be the deciding factor, thats really not helpful at all lol

basically i think the black looks "better" overall and fits the aman look better, but i found that when i was playing my albino aman (in CBT2 before i had decided between aman and castanic :P) i felt unique, and not only that but i can actually see the red markings on my face! you cant really tell but the blackish aman has the same facial markings, theyre just invisible for some reason o.O

so what do you guys think personally? dark and imposing blackish/blueish aman, or unique albino white aman with red outlines? and why, plz :D

The white one looks like the Ghost of Kaiator. The black one... does look cooler, my experience with black clothes/skin (not the Human world "black," but black "black") in anything is that too much of it sort of washes out the character. They become part of the background in my eyes.

Plus, I don't know if it's the lighting or you just upped the quality of visuals for the second pic, but your first one looks like it's still rendering in the full scene. "Texture popping" as they call it.

Have you at least considered the other available colors, by any chance? If no, you'll probably be happier with black, based on how similar mentalities I've encountered feeling "only black and/or white" operate >.>

As an aside, it's much harder to dye into a pure white than it is into black.

I will put it this way:

Pick black Aman, and I just see an indistinguishable breathing blob of metal that I will soon forget about. Dark armour, dark features, dark skin, boring. Just a hungering vortex sucking all the expression in the world.

Or take up albino Aman. Have a character with actual character. A personality. Something I will remember and notice. I just think it looks cooler. Will have a certain level of majesty when paired up with the high level armour.

yeah i looked at all the other colors, and the only other ones i didnt think just looked plain stupid were the regular skin colors, but those were most definitely boring lol

also yes i think you might be right, about the texture, cause it was taken in velika, where i have latency issues lol but if its the arms youre looking at, those are sleeves i died the same color as his skin, so they look like cloth.. cause they are :P

and you are right about the dyeing thing, itll be MUCH easier to match my armor to black skin..... that makes my decision a bit harder now, also cause of esmoires most lol

I'd say go for the albino-esque skin tone. The darker one does look nice, but from the male Aman that I've seen so far, most of them are close to that skin tone already. Go for uniqueness!

I'd prefer the darker one but if I had too choose completly free I'd pick the dark purple or red one. Just my taste.

go with the other colors that no one will go with, don't they also have green, yellow, purple and such?

and liraya, that "black" one i think is the dark purple one, it just looks darker once in the game i think. i could be wrong though, dont quote me on that lol and red is ok, but i dont think any of the facepaint that i like looks good on red skin, it either turns a completely different color (orange, pink, etc) or just doesnt show up (kind of like the darker one of mine up there).

is that better then the other white one? or worse? and if its better does it pass up my blackish aman?

I don't really understand why it's so important for people who wont be playing your character or playing your Tera bill, to decide which color "you" like better.

@the OP, I think both would have looked ok if you had swapped the armor they were wearing. Dark skin, dye your armor light colors, and the reverse.
