For those wanting more information about the background of the Lights Hope Companionship, please visit our website at www.lightshope.guildlaunch.com.
Each Branch of Lights Hope now has its own subforum. Every member that wishes to get involved with a Branch should speak to the officer in charge. There is no obligation to sign up with one team or another, however doing so will immediately give you privileges along with the newly appointed duties of that team.
Some of those privileges include the ability to recruit other RPers to the rank of guest (they'll still need to be interviewed by an officer to become a full member).
Each Branch will begin working on ways to contribute to the Lights Hope with some guidance for me. However, I'll be looking to each specialized officer to provide the way they feel best that their team can contribute to the overall plot and goal of the guild.
These Branches will either have formally scheduled bi-weekly meetings or informal communication processes to keep everyone informed on current activities.
Open enrollment into these teams is a limited thing. Eventually, we'll need to set limits on who achieves this through activity and other ways that guild experience is awarded. (See the Scriptorium Guild Roster for more information on the Guild leveling system or ask an officer)
As a recap, the Branches of Lights Hope are...
The Diplomats.
Currently lead by Ambassador Iyari with the intent on furthering inter-guild relations and promoting general peace among the Federation.
The Logistics Corp.
Currently lead by Sherazad with the intent on building guild resources, crafting and supporting others with these arts.
The Scriptorium Staff.
Currently lead by Enoche with the intent of keeping guild activities recorded and easily accessible.
The Guardians.
Currently lead by Zillah with the goal of keeping the Companionship safe and providing warriors with a way to sharpen their edge for peace.
