The background: A native of Allemantheia, Scorpio Shirica was brought up to know the evils of war that had plagued the High Elf people. Their seclusion bought them time to reflect on some of the errors of their conquering ways. Upon coming into the Valkyon Federation, Scorpio has sought to bring other races into a tight-knit band against the raging conflicts that ravage their world. This band, Scorpio has affectionately called Lights Hope with the goal of bringing a peace his people could only dream about.
Heavy Roleplay: This guild is a home for heavy roleplayers that enjoy a focus on roleplay, but are willing to cooperate with those newer to the roleplay arena. Guildchat is OOC and a private IC channel is currently under development. We also enjoy PvE, but this is not the main focus of the guild. As no battlegrounds exist on the RP server, PvP will not likely become one of our main focuses.
Good Alignment: This guild is not for your super villain and lone outlaw. There are plenty of guilds that fit those archetypes. This guild is for those that like to play the heros or sidekicks in the story.
With the growth of our guild, we are looking for an officer with an interest in talent in the following area. It will require a lot of work, but will also have some distinct rewards. There will be an extensive interview and a trial period for the position. Look forward to meeting anyone willing to meet the challenge!

-Duties include:
Planning and organizing recruitment events for the Companionship.
Set goals for growth in the guild.
Review recruitment strategies used by other officers and offer guidance.
Building a team that supports growth for the guild.
Review current interviewing practices and offer guidance.
-qualifications
ICly plays a good character.
Can use mumble to communicate via voice with other officers.
Sticks to lore as much as possible (given current vagueness).
Does not currently have membership in another guild.
