Sparrow from -Challenge Accepted- here speaking on behalf of our entire guild.
We believed that our guild leader was a simple Amani warrior. We also believed that he has been spending the last week avoiding us in favour of Fane of Kaprima and Balder's Temple runs. We believed that he was within easy reach and was quite safe.

None of these things are true.

It appears that our guild leader Seikon has been actively involved in a specialty branch of the Velika Federation. They specialise in the discovery and quiet removal of terrorist operatives across the Southern Arun regions. Two days ago, Seikon was captured in the course of attempting to infiltrate the headquarters of a Castanic deva we know only as Valzin. It also appears that the Seikon left behind is merely a retarded clone substitute in an attempt to delay our rescue operations. He is under strict surveilance and so far appears to be harmless – but should you run into him in your travels, keep away for your own safety.

We do not know exactly where the real Seikon is, but we have reason to believe that he is still alive and hidden somewhere in the vicinity of the Island of Dawn. We need your help in his recovery.

Yesterday we received this letter.

You just couldn’t keep your hands out of the pie, could you?

There it is, just cooling on the window sill minding its own business, and you just couldn’t leave it alone. Just had to have a smell, dip a finger in, have a little taste.

But, now poor old Seikon is left to pay for it all, and I suppose I have no option now but to show him exactly what happens to sticky-fingered little boys.

It’s always such a bore – me pretending to care about their secrets, them sticking by their training. All I really want to do is get to know the real Seikon, or whatever his name actually is.
Live with a man for twenty odd years. Share every meal, spend every moment in his company, and one day dangle him from the lip of a Volcano, and on that day will you truly get to meet the man.

Yes, I will look forward to getting to know Seikon.

But instead I think, I have a proposition.
You will pay me double now. What’s more, you will find and convince a civilian to handle the drop-off. And if I am feeling magnanimous, I may give you back your Agent Seikon. Or whatever is left of him.

I would hurry I think.

If you wish to remain uninvolved, simply do nothing, go about your day as you normally would, disregard this message.

If you wish to help though, keep an eye on this space as we receive updates on the situation.

We do not know what Valzin will ask you to do, but for now, we need you to follow his every instruction. He needs to feel that he is in control. He needs to be able to trust you. Valzin enjoys playing mind games and you need to remember only to follow his bolded instructions. Everything else may be an attempt to goad or intimidate you into breaking the law.

We have managed to keep your skill in lateral thinking hidden from Valzin, it’s up to you to outsmart him, do what he asks, but do it on your terms. What you choose will impact how all of this plays out.

Seikon is in great danger, and you are his only hope.
Don’t worry, we will be watching.

We have received another letter from Valzin.

"You’ve been told that I am a bad man, haven’t you? That it is my goal to kill innocent people. That I have done unspeakably horrible things to countless agents in the past and am quite mad. That nobody, including myself, knows why I do all of the monstrous things that I do, but what is incontestable is that I have done them. Yes?

We will find out together if these things are true I think.
But first we must get to know one another, so a little test I think.

I'm not invulnerable you know. We all get sick at one point or another. You will gather the verdras fibers I need, you will attack a passerby carrying them or rob a merchant for them, and give the appointed Challenge Accepted agent these fibers. Look for the white rabbit.

Decipher the location hidden in this riddle. Procure 3 verdras fibres. I'm not a patient man. The -Challenge Accepted- agent will be waiting there on Sunday the 10th of June. They will only have between 6.30-7.30pm PDT time to gather a suitable amount.

We need your help to gather the 30 Verdras fibres Valzin is requesting. Have no fear, we will pay you back in return for your efforts and more. That does mean that only the first 10 people who approach to trade will get the reward unfortunately.
