Was hoping that someone here could answer this before I submit a ticket. In my quest for looking for places to play, I returned to SI, (already had a low level character there before I found out my friends were on another server), only to find out that chat either dosen't seem to work. Thought it might have been a level restriction, (I'm lvl 10 now), but either I'm having issues, or everyone is real quiet. I don't have this issue on the other server I'm on.

Any thought?

I had the same issue. After I transferred from Freeholds to Serpentis Isle, I had to check my chat options for the chat tabs and re-enable LFG.

Depending on the time, SI can be fairly quiet in Area chat in the low levels (and really quiet in the high ones) but if you start talking, you'll more than likely get an answer back. There are usually other players on, myself included; we're just rather quiet because there really isn't anything to say. :)

Trade chat is always active if you're just looking for new text to fill your screen. :)
