Introduction

Hello all, name's Brizyrr. I'm here to tell you why I should be elected to be the vanarch of the Ostagarth province. For one, I will change the name "Ostgarath" to "Ostagarth". This is a rather minor change, since I'm sure that a good number of people already call it "Ostagarth". This would be because the name rolls off the tongue so much more easier than "Ostgarath", and also leaves a sweet taste in the mouth. I'm the guild leader of as you can see, Silent Warriors, and we pride ourselves in our ability to both smash content and help others smash content. We don't sequester ourselves to our own, oh no, we definitely share our knowledge with others to help them on their way through the game. We lament with the people who wipe multiple times during a Balder's Temple run at the last boss, and we lament with the people who have felt that sharp stab from the lancer boss from Fane of Kaprima. I intend on spreading help to everyone if I get elected.

Other reasons why I should be elected:

1. The tax rate will be set at the lowest possible rate, which I believe is 1%. I don't believe I have the right to take more money that I should from your hard work, and if the game would let me, I wouldn't mind setting the rate at 0%.

2. All vendors will be up everyday. I will meet the quota of points needed every single day to keep these people up for your enjoyment and convenience, so do not worry. I'm fully prepared to lose sleep if the quota can't be met in a short period of time, because I believe players are entitled to trainers, vendors, and trade brokers in every city.

3. I'm a strong believer in helping those who are in need. Periodically there will be a shout-out in area chat about who needs help with the BAMs of Ostagarth. Feel free to whisper these people back. They will be level 60, so there might not be experience for the BAMs themselves-- but the quest experience is what really matters.

Thank you for your support koko. We do our best to help others. I've been talking to many other lancers outside of TSW to help them get through balders, I want everyone on the server to be successful:).

Silent Warriors is by far the best guild I have ever been in, Everyone is always willing to help. Briz knows what he is doing and we all look forward to helping everyone acquire the success they need to have fun at this game, because that's what it is all about!

Time to announce a few of my plans for events and community comings that will start if I am elected Vanarch in Ostagarth.

Event Week 1:
The people in the area of Ostagarth will decide what event will be held here. Two will occur during this week with a prize pot of the total revenue made by the 1% tax rate. The first event will have three days of revenue as the prize, while the second event will have four days of revenue as the prize. The events, as said before, will be selected by the community. The choices are as follows:

Hide n' Seek

Monster Kill Competition (A party of four plus one overseer will kill BAMs in either the Cutthroat Harbor or Castanica regions. Level must be appropriate, highest total BAMs killed in a set time wins.)

Man Hunt (unlike Hide n' Seek, where groups work together to find a person, Man Hunt will reward the individual who finds the hunted.)

PvP Tournaments/Deathmatches


Event Week 2:

This event week will have a much bigger prize pot, since there will only be one event this week. The event is a cross-country race from one end of Ostagarth to the other, all the way to the wall of Baldera. Race details will be released at the end of Event Week 1. The rewards may not be only gold, but also cruxes and perhaps a few pieces of superior gold gear (enigmatic or simply regular BoE).


Event Week 3: (Final Week, I believe. If not, more to follow.)

This event week will be rather unique. One event will involve the revenue made over seven days and be on the last day of the week. The other event will occur in the middle of the week, and will have a tentative prize.

PvP Duel and Group Tournaments (Your choice whether you want to have one-on-one PvP or group PvP. There will be two tournaments running in different locations in Ostagarth. The grand prize of both of these tournaments, to the victors, will be one Chronoscroll if they are available or the choice of the current gold equivalent to one.

The second event during the week will be a selection by the community from the list in Event Week One, with the reward being seven days of revenue.
