Yeah, it might be awhile for me to find that stuff, maybe I won't be able to find it today, if not, I'll just find a red velvet cupcake recipe, and get stuff for that and post pictures.

I live in a very, for lack of a better term, rednecky area, and there aren't a lot of healthy alternative stores here, within my walking distance anyways. Since I don't drive, I can't check out the ones downtown (Bus system here is appalling =( )

Oh! I just wanted to share this.

It was the cheesecake my girls made for me for Mother's Day (it's a Jamie Oliver recipe) they did really well, and had a little help from Grannie.



And yes, Brizzy, I read all the posts on that thread.
