Same issue and when I try to setup subscription it says not available at this time.

Same thing, "Subscription not found or has expired" so much for being ahead of the curve, almost all of my friends outleveled me already :(

This is horrible. 14 hours later, no patch. More than a day of head-start gone. And no updates on Tera's official site. Broken links when you try to click the news headline about update status. Now the servers have come back up, only to crash on everyone a few minutes later

Tell us what's up at least. Should I go in to work? Will we be able to play tonight?

Servers are up but some players cant even log in due to subscription errors? That seems a little unfair to the rest of us that are trying to get the "Prime" Achievements

I'm in, running around, but there are no other players or npc's and I can't use any abilities other than run...

I am not sure but, when I log into tera there are 2 options tera trial and tera collectors edition, I believe those 2 are separate downloads, so you might need to download the non trial version.
