Does the XP bonus keep going up proportionately with time waited?

Mine currently:
Thank you for your patience. You will receive an XP bonus for 17 minutes upon entering.

Good method to make sure I check back on the counter every so often.

It continues to increase the longer you have to wait. I have a bonus for 23 minutes now...

it also does not count the first 10 minutes of wait.

The max you can get is 60 minutes I believe. When I got to that it wasn't giving me any more of a bonus even after 5 minutes of waiting.

at 31 mins to go with 34 mins of EXP bonus rather them just make this server bigger to support everyone that's playing on it.

60min exp bonus is nothing for me... I pay the subscription to play not to wait, enmasse... fu... c...
