Howdy. Y'all are cordially invited to join Edgy Latin Name, a helpful, laid-back guild looking to do all content in the game, including farming pointless achievements. We're run by 3 (Maybe 4) friends who all have extensive experiences running/managing guilds and raids. We're incredibly laid back and willing to help those who are in turn willing to learn and give back to guild. We WILL go out of our way to run that dungeon or help you gather some materials. Heck, we'll run the dungeon several times till you get what you need! Also, we are on the East Coast but we'll typically be on a good bit, especially late at night so any time zone is welcome. Guild has had a great turnout. Lively chat and hijinks galore. Come chill with us! We now have a 10 man vent server and will upgrade as guild size increases.

Requirements:
-Laid-back, chill, and able to take a joke, no matter how vulgar or offensive
-Able to learn from your mistakes and improve at your role/class
-Will not piss and moan about being ganked on a PVP server
-Active. Even if you only have 2 days free a week and can only play for an hour during each of those days, that's still being active. A month of inactivity will get you the boot. If you lack the funds to pay for a month or issues come up, just let us know and you will be exempt from that rule (within reason)
-Vent: You don't have to talk, just listen.

What we are looking for:
-Everyone/thing. It doesn't matter if you're casual or hardcore, we'll be able to accommodate you. Hell, feel free to gank lowbies too. I don't care. It's a rite of passage for them.


What we can offer YOU:
-A chill environment for you to enjoy the game and have a laugh at the shenanigans we will get into.
-Random events. This can include everything from gathering/crafting parties to roaming around in gangs starting turf wars with players of equal level and ganking the distracted/lowbies. And of course, everything in between.
-Again, our shenanigans. Nothing says fun like pulling 2 or 3 BAMs at once!
-A guild that won't require you to sell your soul to the game. 2 of the co-leaders are in college and I, the Guild Leader, am planning on joining the Air Force. We get that you have busy schedules.
-A chance to learn your class and role for both PVP and PVE. As long as you're willing to learn and actually make progress, we'll help you out and/or direct you to places that can help you.
-We got your back. Being ganked constantly? OH HELL NO! They came to the wrong neighborhood and rustled the wrong jimmies. We will come and take care of it or, at the very least, provide a distraction for you to slip out and change channels. Can't quite solo that BAM? This Lancer extrodinaire will come and save the day!
-Help with gathering/crafting/quests/DOSH/whatever. Guild members gotta look out for each other.

This guild sounds awesome, from the name on down! With all the one word, angst-filled, dark and edgy name guilds around, it's nice to see a fun alternative.

I am looking for a guild for myself, my brother, and a few friends for launch right now. We tried to run a little guild called "Somewhere Far Beyond" during the CBTs, but were too busy playing the game to recruit or really run it. I will link them the info, I know I would be happy to join!

Yeah, i found all really interesting. It's what i look in a guild, and what i always look and joined in other games. Im really interested in joining you guys! I already have my char in VoT and i'll certainly pm you as soon i log in game. Hum, altho, is there any problem in a brazilian to join it? Yeah, im brazilian, but i can speak english in ventrilo and etc.

Our guild site is a little lack luster right now but it'll be better by launch/soon after launch when the 2 co-leaders college lets out and I'm staying in during the day due to the heat. Just send an application and you'll be approved pretty quickly. When you're approved, go to the guild roster and add your character so I can sort everything out when I reach Velika.

And trust me, I know the feeling. It's why we didn't recruit at all during CBT as we needed to learn the guild interface and other subtleties to the game. I'm confident that even if we have a rocky start, we'll be able to maintain the guild with a decent amount of players.

We're all one big happy family that likes to quarrel and fight amongst ourselves. Until somebody messes with a family member then we slap their [filtered]. Just apply to the guild site. Also, we don't have a vent server quite yet but we've been discussing getting one. Depends on the guild size and the urgency of it.
