There have been many who fight to push beyond the limits of our infinitesimal reality. Those who would stretch to reach for this perfection, only to find it inches from their grasp. Flawlessness is not a noun that represents a place or even a standing one can achieve. It is a name that defines the endless struggle for improvement, toward the apex and far beyond it. To achieve that which is paramount and revel in it with all its glory. And in turn, while with humility, crush those who wish to destroy your way of life.

It is the effort... it is the blood, sweat and tears of joy you cry when you look back and see how far you've come. It is persistence, the never ending desire, true and flowing inside you to become the best. It is eternal, and not limited to our foul interpretations of it... You see, perfection is not a boundary one reaches and stops. Rather, it is the breaking of one... You feel it too don't you? That which is "Flawless".
GUILD GOALS
Flawless will strive to be one of the groups at the top of the food chain. To become "Factors" without having to zerg to accomplish it, to excel in pvp and pve. We also plan on being a dominant force when it comes to guild wars and battlegrounds. We currently have about 60+ members and are still growing. We will not let our roster break 100.
We dominated in Aion as the number one ranked Asmodian guild across all NA/EU servers for over a year. Other guilds make similar claims but we're the first guild to hold the spot for over a year. We hope to recreate that success in Tera. While we don't have to be the "best" we will strive to be one of them. Whoever doesn't respect us will fear us.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for skilled active players who want to excel. Players who enjoy going out to start pk wars for no reason. Players who enjoy guild vs guild and guerrilla warfare. People who love doing stuff like making pvp videos and excelling in battlegrounds. We want players who come from pvp backgrounds and actually know how to pvp. We want WINNERS and people who want to WIN.

Q: Which server type will Flawless play on?
A: PVP
Q: Where are the majority of Flawless members located?
A. USA.
Q: Does Flawless consider itself hardcore or casual?
A. Flawless is a hardcore guild.
Q: Does Flawless utilize voice communication?
A. Yes we use ventrilo and it is mandatory.
Q: What are Flawless primary playtimes?
A. All day, everyday.
Q: How will boss loot be handled?
A. The groups present at the kill shall roll for loot on a need>greed basis. Although this will most likely change if Tera implements any type of alliance/raid system.
Q: Is there a playtime requirement?
A. Yes and no. We're looking for people who can play at least 45+ hours a week. We will not enforce this to a T, but if you're not active and not progressing with the rest of the guild you will be removed. Of course there are exceptions.
Q: What is the leadership structure like?
A. Guild leader > Vice Guild Leader > Officers > Members > Trial members.
We're in need of vocal and skilled lancers/sorcs/berserkers/archers
