I present the following poll for those whom wish to partake. NFA as a guild caught my eye early on; they are not your average mass invite guild. No, they do much more; their tactics often looked upon as being pusillanimous. Their leaders, in my opinion, are not currently worthy of the title, lacking the core elements that are required in order to run an effective guild. Now, this would be a problem, if they were out to be any good at all.

The average NFA player, without four to fifty members by his side, stands little chance against most players. Some may view their larger roaming groups as a well-organized guild, almost as if they have a plan. If you look a bit deeper you will see that is not true. They display the battlefield awareness of chickens with their heads cut off. The healers enjoy either hiding in safe zones or simply running away from their group if targeted. Their tanks think they are dps, and their dps have no kill order or focus target. You'll often find them all attacking different targets, never the healers, hoping that one of their super combo's may just line up with another players for a kill.
Personally, I do not mind NFA in game, they pose no challenge at all. It will be a good feeder guild for the virtuous guilds out there. Perhaps one or two standout members will be picked out, or get bored with the lack of achievement.
If you are a member of this guild, and not timorous to voice your opinion, you may want to delve a bit deeper into the leadership structure and question their motives. Guilds like this feed of their less than brilliant zerglings, making them think they should donate their in game currency, items and time to a greater cause.
There is no greater cause here. NFA, just like that hypostomus plecostomus (sucker fish) you had in your fish tank as a adolescent, are just here to scoop up the excrement from the server. They may even win some battles, but it won't be due to a skilled 5 man roaming group, it will be from zerg tactics.
On a final note, I would like to offer my succor to this guild. In my eyes I would love for this server to be known as one of the best PvP servers Tera has seen. I'd be enthusiastic to talk with your leadership, implement an actual working structure and help them weed out some of those players who haven't a clue what they are doing. This may require a leadership restructure, and I would be charging a pretty fair but high gold rate, but in the end I could make you a wholesome guild. I'd not want to join NFA during this process; having the tag above my head is not to my penchant.
Think about it, step past your mindset that you know what you are doing, and seek real help. I have an established track record of leading guilds, and helping guilds, to being great.
The poll above should shine some light on what the rest of the server thinks. If I have any instinct on matters, you may be a bit miffed by the results. This is merely a stepping stone to realize what I say is true. I just hope you don't have your members skew the poll dramatically in your favor, as that would just substantiate once again how out of touch you are with the state of things.
God Bless
