Hello community, I will be campaigning for Vanarch of Poporia. I will keep your lowbies safe from harm so you don't lose guild wars to some of the unsavory guilds on the server. I will keep the taxes at a minimum, as I am not looking to become rich. I am looking to help the Valley of Titans server, and TERA as a game prosper.
My "Manifesto" and reasons behind it are as follows:
1. Player vs Player killing will be prohibited inside of Poporia
Reasoning:
I, like many other guild leaders of TERA have friends and members who are a low level. I believe it is unfair to the community in general to have level 60s roaming low level areas slaying new players, and thus I vow to protect the lowbies from such incidents. I am running for Popolion instead of Arcadia because I feel that new players need to experience getting ganked before they can understand the reasoning for turning pvp off in a zone, on a pvp server. Poporia is the third stop on a new players adventure, and a time in their lives where they just want to level to reach the level of their friends.
2. The NPCs in my province will _always_ be active
Reasoning: I do not wish to burden my provinces users with having to travel to Velika to use a broker, or to buy skills from an instructor. Our guild Axis Eleven will work tirelessly to ensure these services are always accessible to new players.
3. Upon Request, BAM Repeatables or Sinestral Manor Speed runs (to finish the campaign quest) will be completed with the aid of level 60 Axis Eleven members.
Reasoning: Some players don't want to trudge through an instance with a bunch of people they don't know, bad players from Jagged Coast who will get your group wiped several times due to their inability to function as a regular player of TERA. We offer a service to advance your campaign, free of charge, with level 60 characters ensuring a fast run with no possibility of failure to help you level up faster.
4. A low tax rate. Only high enough to cover the cost of a Vanarch election entry (3000 gold), afterwards the tax will be set to the minimum (1%) for the remainder of my term.
Reasoning: I can make money on my own, and so can my guild. In the future if I run for another region, I may change this policy. If I am elected for Poporia though, I will stay true to my word.
I also have this picture, please enjoy.
