you trolling? I deadlift 5 days a week...

I strongly suggest you learn a little bit about human physiology and what happens to muscles when you exercise. You will not only sound like you actually know something after reading it but your results in the gym will be even greater.

I used to be able to do all this crap before my spine was injured in the military. Used to be pretty beast too, miss those days :(

Now I only do 1 sit-up a day. One half when I wake up, and the other half when I goto sleep.

WARNING: "Anabolic usage" may cause rounded delts. This is an unknown side effect and has no relation to muscle growth. . . particularly in the lateral/anterior delt causing a fuller rounded look. On another note; The word anabolic no longer refers to a metabolic state of the body. Instead it's directly referring to anabolic STEROIDS.

This has been a bro science production, brought to you by Forum Web MD's across the interwebs. If you read it, believe it.

I hate that phrase, it's like people read this garbage and dont think anything over. We get what you're trying to say but 1 pound of anything is equal to 1 pound of anything. What you mean is muscle is more dense than fat therefore 1 pound of muscle is smaller than 1 pound of fat. But that really has nothing to do with being your height and weight anyway. No one really gives a damn, this thread is just a soapbox for a few derpy kids to exaggerate a few numbers by a few pounds and pretend that for a moment, someone else thinks they're cool.

Go look at that alkaholiks kid picture. He clowns himself, why even bother replying.
