he is trading like items for different class

meaning for another 27sm gold weapon, and yes you are correct if the 27gold is +0, at +6 I don't think the green 32 will beat it.

The 33 blues you'll get while questing are definitely better. Not worth getting golds at this point. Do the initial quests in the 30+ zone (forget the name) and definitely do the Azaryel's Labyrinth. You'll get plenty of nice 33 blues that will probably beat everything you can currently get. You can even go do those quests today if you wanted and turn them in next week when Headstart opens. Then just do lots of CR when you get to that level.

i got lucky on couple of gold drops so i'm making the best use of them while i can.

Sadly its true, you level so fast in this game that upgrading gear is kinda pointless until end game.
