It's interesting that those of us who PAYED for the extra benefits such as HEAD START are being FRAUDULENTLY served because enmasee values giving away FREE BUDDY PASSES in lieu of actually delivering products to existing customers.
Hope your buddy pass publicity outweighs your existing cash source.

Uhm soo the people that got the buddy passes were only those that pre ordered I thought.. I didn't give mine out cause I didn't want to add to the que time mess. So perhaps bad people should be blaming bad people wot?
Well you payed, but giving away free buddy passes to HEAD START is more important than delivering promised features for your EXTRA DOLLARS.
I pre-ordered the CE hardbox and never got a Buddy Key to even pass out, now I am stuck in 2 hour queues, WTF!

If you wound up on a different TERA server than your friends, En Masse Entertainment has got you covered. Our account management system will offer server transfers starting April 30—a day before TERA officially launches. True action combat is better with friends, after all.
Server transfers will be free and immediate (no waiting period) throughout the initial rush of new players to TERA. Once the server populations stabilize, we'll place limits on the number of transfers, the level of your character, and how much gold you can take with you to your new server. We'll charge for server transfers you make for convenience reasons, but transfers made to balance server populations will always be free.

The funny part about this is they didn't just give out Free Keys to people that didn't pay. They gave the keys out to people that did PAY and let them do what they wanted with them. I thought it was a nice gesture on their part, giving me some incentives to use to try and convert some friends to this game with me. Even though for me I couldn't get anyone to bite, it was a nice gesture.
No one says nice gestures can't blow up in your face...
