Using another guild composed of alternate characters to farm GvG points for the vanarch election is not an acceptable way to become a vanarch and we take this matter seriously. We are investigating this issue and will take appropriate action.

Please realize that this situation is more than just alternate toons.

They are splitting their main guild in half and then farming one another.

Man Up is farming another guild that is just feeding them points. They are helping one another to gain points rather than PvPing.


2 guilds that get together and decide to help each other win a vanarchy seat isn't an exploit no matter how badly you want it to be. And if it is then everyone needs to demand that those guilds who built alliances and voting blocs in the first few elections should be banned for "feeding votes". If you don't have the brains to work out an alliance with another guild to help each other then in my opinion you don't deserve a vanarch position. An no, I'm not talking about creating an alt guild to help you. 2 totally different situations which you have so brilliantly decided to lump together. They are not the same thing.

I don't whine about being a victim, TBH..

I just have to defend myself against the illogical,

People will find any little thing that is "Different" about me to complain about, and try to make me look like the bad guy, when I'm really not

I really don't care about the negatives, I'm not going to reward those people who can't constructively, and respectfully approach me about something that (apparently) Annoys them to such an extent that they need to act out in the way that they do, both on these forums and in game

If it bothered me as much as you thought it did, Trust me I wouldn't be here right now :)

Truth is, it doesn't, I am an individual, And I follow the rules both on the forums and in game, if i WASN'T doing such, I would have been banned, suspended ETC,

Therefore, I will play / present myself, How I want, I don't need to conform to everyone and "what they want to allow me to be because that is just how it should be"

I don't see why anyone should have to rage about it. I had you on ignore the first nexus I ran that you were there. I don't see why other folks don't seem to have the brains to figure that out.

Good luck getting the issue fixed, unfortunately I'm losing patience with this as I sit in this queue again for 3+ hours. We'll see what they tell me I guess but I'm really just hoping to cancel my sub now I think and look forward to GW2 this weekend.
I just had this issue happen again this morning. I'm going to check with my bank when it opens to see how many times this company has charged my for my 1 month sub. I've had to set up billing 2X and I have email confirmations for being charged 2X but it is still saying my subscription has expired. If my bank statement shows 2 charges I'm going to get on the phone with En Masse and just demand that they credit me 60 days of game time instead of this 3 day bull[filtered].

You're in the same boat I'm in. My sub wouldn't go through at first. When they finally took the money out of my acct, I still couldn't play. I was given 'free' game time. That 'free' time expired and I was booted again. My next round of game time is set to expire on the 5th. If they don't fix the issue by then I'll have to waste another 2+ hours in queue so I can play which won't really be til my next weekend off. By that time at the current rate, I will have to get in queue again for a few more hours because the 'free' time will have expired.


I just had this happen this morning again.
Ugh, I just went to log in this morning and my access is shut off again. This is after talking with an awesome CS rep and getting some temporary access to the game over the last few days while the issue gets resolved. I've been billed for the game time but it's still saying my time has expired. ARG!
I'm having the same issue. I am currently getting pushed back in the queue for CS which is funny because I was at like 150 and now am 160ish or something in line. The FAQ on their support portion of the site mentions that they had the issue identified for people who were having the issue and were giving them temporary access. I'll see if CS can help if/when I get to talk to them.
I've had this very thing happen to 2 different corporations that I was in while I played Eve Online and it's really a kick in the teeth. I don't really like how En Masse responded to Garbuk on the issue. I think the representative might have tried using a bit of empathy in the situation rather than going douche nozzle but it is what it is.
