What about the players that exploited? That's the biggest concern.
The "Off Duty" or "Vacationing" NPCs have to be manually turned back on after a server restart. If you are talking about ALL npcs are missing, we have corrected that on Basilisk Crag and are in process of getting the NPCs back up on VoT.

Everything is gone , mobs/npcs etc in VoT and all servers I think.

To be fair, it's not like they can just flip a switch and the offending accounts are insta-banned.
It takes a human touch.
