on that note, ima reroll with a melee instead as my brother told me its not as horrible.

This is the most poorest attempt to try and get word from a company I have ever seen.
Besides that, alot of us who are playing from Australia or the Oceanic region are not sharing your issues, maybe look to yourself for the problem?
Secondly, there has been no official yes or no answer from EM if thier will be a Oceanic flagged server, we know there is no physical based servers here in Australia, that was a given.

I was so excited when i heard it has dynamic skill based combat and not the passive ones in traditional mmo.. However, I just found out that your rate of fire (holding fire button) depends on your latency/ping, meaning the lower your ping the faster you can throw stones.
my toons both range and melee has a considerable pause before initiating the next attack and it has proven to be a big disadvantage in pvp specially on my priest.
one solution is to have a skill queue instead of waiting for one skill to finish before checking what the next skill is. or you can even put a cap or a limiter say 150ms per attack so at least it'll balance out a little regardless of the latency.
so please i beg you with all the power that i have you need to remedy this. this is a major dealbreaker for me 2nd only to the fact that you decided to ignore the RP community.

So I noticed my low level priests' rate of fire is a lot slower and i mean huge difference than any other priest. which leads me to conclude that im a sad panda.. looks like playing this game in australia (230ms) makes for a very big disadvantage :( wish they had a limiter so ping does not affect rate of fire much.
