A string of caravans make there way down the narrow desert hallways of Chebika in a display of red and orange a very popular color wore among Chebika residents. It stops before you and a small elin with squinty eyes and crooked teeth emerges from one of the caravans and smiles mischeviously at you. She then turns to the board sitting next to you and slaps a poster up. She continues going throughout the town placing these bizarre posters about. Curious, you decide to take a look.




We want Chebika to become a new central hotspot for roleplayers to meet up & converse. It's desert appeal and oasis bar is an ideal location for our carnival. Alot of players may have left the game, however we are still going strong! We want to celebrate in a place that has a lot of potential for excellent roleplay. So what is the Chebika Carnival per say? It is a festival to celebrate roleplayers and to bring the community together.


The Chebika Carnival is an event that must be hosted and created by the community. We will be hiring people to post up their own booths and help host with our many events. This is a great way to earn some gold! While we will not be paying anybody specific wages, you may open up your own shop and sell your wares. Why wouldn't you want to have fun and get payed at the same time!? Hiring for all positions below and any other booths you would like to create are appreciated. Here are some of the main events we are looking forward too & more to be added later.....

>>>>Brawling Ring
A mini tournament in a battle of strength. Visitors of the carnival will be able to volunteer to brawl against one another for sport. All contestants must be evenly matched, either same level or 3 levels appart max. We will have a host who will be collecting bets from people watching. All bets won will be payed back double. For example, you place a bet that Max the great is going to win this fight and place down 50gold. He wins you receive 100gold from the carnival. He loses, you get nothing.

>>>Merchants/Shopping
Got some jewelry to sell? Maybe you've always wanted a pretty pink pair of boots to go with your outfit to impress that castanic you've been talking about? Need some better gear for instances? Well, look no further. We hope to invite many crafters/merchats to come sell their goods for less! If your a merchant, you could be making more money selling to customers in Chebika! Got a stack of scrolls you never used? Come barter them away!

>>> Side Show Showcase
Hosted by none other then, Ugly.Ulga a carnival worker with a taste for the absurd. She will be hosting a mini contest to see who's the ugliest or in her case "most special" person at the carnival. Basically, if you can create the most ugliest character in the competition, you win! A priest will be located next to island of dawn to teleport your entry to Chebika. We will also be handing out scrolls as well. Winner will get a small gold prize and a chance to show off that crooked smile!

What type of festival activity doesn't have one of these? We hope to have some lovely young lady or man step up to the plate. I know we have hopes of a lady from velika hosting this part folks. *hint*MissVelika*hint*

>>>I spy a Scavenger Hunt
A small fun scavenger hunt will be hosted where we will ask visitors to find a certain person or object in or around the town of Chebika. However the item we want you to find will be coded in a riddle. You must decipher the riddle, and find the object. Then claim you found it. Winner will get a gold prize.


>>>Oasis Tavern/bar
We will have a bartender and staff hosting a celebration party by the bar next to the Oasis in Chebika. A popular spot to socialize and meet new people! Think everybody's found their own niche? Don't have many friends? No worries! Come make some!

>>>Secret Special Announcement
Simply what it states. At the end of the carnival and announcement will be made. Details are to remain secret as time being but I will give you all a hint. The ladies will have something to look forward too!

Telo in round one, we had an awesome fashion show! It was a big hit.

We will be announcing the top 12 for the Miss Velika pageant after the bonfire event tonight. Please attend it is posted on the forums the time and location and hope to see many of you there!

After the bonfire event takes place, we will be announcing the top 12 for the Miss Velika pageant :) We encourage all judges/contestants to show up to the bonfire event in support of the EON event as well.

VOTING is CLOSED!!! Thank you all for your votes and consideration. I apologize for some of the photos if you have previously voted and feel the need to dispute this or have any complaints please contact me. There were many people who sent me votes for 5-7 contestants.

Please only vote for one. Unless you are a judge you can vote for 3!

I will be going over the votes and I'll announce top 12 soon hopefully by tomorrow. I know it seems unfair but yes the judges will have an amazing effect on this. Thank you for all your lovely support. Check the main thread because the prizes will be announced! There is also a sad change of events in which one judge will be changed. New judge will be posted up shortly. All updates will be posted by tomorrow.

There is talks of hosting a small party/fundraiser tomorrow. This way you can meet with contestants etc. The top 12 can be announced ICly, for those that prefer in-game voting you can be there to support your favorite contestants.
