I haven't gotten on yet today, not sure when this started but went to go see a movie ^^ And this just means I'll do something else (as well) 'til it's fixed, though 2 shows I really enjoy come on later tonight so hopefully will get to play some TERA before then, lol.

If you are talking about the live chat, Monday is always there day off but this doesn't mean that EME isn't working to fix whatever problems, etc. They're working to fix it all right as we speak, may take some time as they need to figure out the exact issues and such first.
I dont think this will get fixed today. Support is down today. But lets hope it gets fixed.

Update:
Looking for those active as early as noonish PST (heck, even earlier). We don't have many active that early in the day currently and are really seeking more interested in helping to change that. We're still recruiting for those playing up into later in the day as well (up to around 9pm PST and such) for the members who are most active around the evening hours and such.
If you don't mind joining a somewhat small guild (the "big" numbers are mainly from alt characters, yay alts!), learning boss fights for dungeons and progressing through them then look me up in game! Seeking everything at this point in terms of classes! Most of the more active members have multiple characters to fill in whichever role may be needed.

1. From the different types of pets, which would be your or your character's favorite? Why?
My favorite pet is the dragon. I love dragons, I love all the lore that comes with them (both Eastern and Western). They're magical and majestic creatures that are known to be feared and respected.
2. Tell us about your TERA adventures together. How would your character have met the pet? What would the pet's personality be like?
My Elin sorcerer would probably look best with this little guy following her around. I could see her running through Seeliewood where the Dracoloths play and coming across this fine little guy somewhere in the bushes. Her curious little Elin self would have to check out the rustling she notices and appear with a surprised look upon her face when she finds it's a baby dragon. She'd quickly snatch it up in her arms, glancing about to see if it's parents are near... but they aren't to be found. So, she'd take it with her and teach it how to fend for itself but he grows a liking to her, and she to him, and they decide to remain friends (family) and adventure and travel together through Aborea, killing off monsters and wrong-doers with both fearsome tactics and overwhelming cuteness! The dragon would be a little spunky and quirky thing, definitely a little hellion like his protective Elin owner, and would be named Astaroth.
