Scroll down on the payment/card info page, you'll see it right next to the "Update Payment Information" button.


i dont even have update payment information button i do have a 401.username.password.invalid
and i did sub with a debit card if that helps or giving me this error.

its the game, its badly optimized. i use to run it on quad sli gtx590s and in town i get 40-80fps up and down, and in nexus i get 9fps,somtimes my character will stand and dance and i can't even move it. in instances my character will jump and do ariel attacks because of the lag, playing from TX with cable as internet conenction.


Yeah, from a quick scan over what Brandileigh linked it's a problem with NVIDIA cards and not the developer. I hate it when people are so quick to blame the developers when 9 times out of 10 it's a problem with their own hardware/software.


yea, this game is optimized to infinity and beyond....get real.

i had this happen to me, i'm sorry to tell you, you might need a fresh install... unless you know exactly what file is causing this and can get someone to send it to you

here is an easy way, copy your Tera folder in program files(or where ever you installed it). Transfer the Tera Folder to her computer, and launch the game with the laucnher in the "Tera Foler".

thats what i did and it worked.

make sure you drag the tera file out of the usb or whatever your using to transfer the file, move the file to her desktop or onto her program files, also make sure she uninstall/delete all tera files or folders first, just to be safe.

One trend we are noticing in tickets that we fix is people have modified their client. Maybe you were converting an EU client, or modding textures, etc. Regardless this is the most common reason for the problem so far and requires a re-install.

We are looking for the other causes as well and will inform you as we know more.



hmmmm.. i did delete all of the cgi and music if that counts...and now i am reinstalling it. fyi the download speed is really slow.(Jumps Out Window).

I already reinstalled the game I'm getting the same error at a different % now on the 28-29 patch. Really thinking of giving up....


yes same here last night it was at 75% today its 6% and the error showed.
