Admittedly I have been gone for a while from the game, and I know with free to play you get all types, but logging into servers tonight, the area chat was full of nothing but racial slurs and cussing as much as possible.
Now I am not offended by cussing, I was a submarine sailor for twenty years, but combined with the black, Mexican, anti-us and anti-other country slurs flying about, Tera chat is ten times worse than barrens chat ever was.
This will do nothing to encourage new players, much less make old players feel like there is any community left to come back to.
And before its said, no, all FTP games are not like this, normally racial slurs are bans from the game. This is just ridiculous and makes me not want to continue giving Tera a.second chance.

Zerk/Slayers will not get tanking abilities, they are not meant to be tanks.
Warriors are getting more tanking ability in next major patch.
The problem with them is even with their tanking abilities, they are the only 5 star difficulty class. Lancers are easy mode tanks, warriors need a brain.

The big problem here is no-one wants to be a lancer, but everyone wants to [filtered] about them and tell them how to play the game.
If you want a lancer, roll one.
Maybe EME should make lancers more desirable to play, rather than just desirable to be a meat shield.
But till they do that, the Lancer has every right, having put in the time and effort you are unwilling to put in, to kick people or quit a group.

Dropping heal orbs is your highest threat generation. Do it in combo at your own risk.
Picking them up generates no agro, nor does dropping/picking up mana orbs.
So either use direct heals only (which works for all non boss fights) or predrop heal orbs.
Then only drop em if you are sure tank has been spamming agro gen

Yeah, but they cant chase you down either unless you get silly sloppy.

Lancer, ive run 5 instances now, 3 BOL, 2 SM, and my wait time has been 5 seconds max

The combat system is fantastic. Everything else is very lackluster.
The crafting system is awful, you get better green drops than most of the things you can make.
Dont say things are impossible.
Shadowbane let us change the world, building and destroying things.
GW2 gets rid of the tank/healer/dps dps dps model.
EQ2, while still kill X quest, has incredible lore.
Mechwarrior online is going to have aiming and hit boxes that matter (ie, shooting off an arm).
I like tera a lot, but it just seem unfinsihed or at least 5 years old in all of its systems but combat.
I must give them credit for the mystic, nice healer change, too bad him, priest and lancer do 25% of the dps of the other classes.
