What is rested XP?

You can earn rested XP by logging out of TERA while your character is in a town or city. You will see an icon appear next to your mini-map.

I second the motion.
Awesome! It's nice to see care put into a character's details, as we'll be seeing it's face for a long, long time down the road.

While the animated gif is nice, I think that the lightning changes little for the animation to be useful; you might try a side-by-side comparison, the lightning would be better appreciated that way.

Congrats!
I feel your pain. I haven't been able to play any of Nexon's games due to IP blocking.
VERY good suggestions, I hope they've heard.

There should be a penalty for outlaws, even EME said so.

Plus, given the gear differences between a 15 level and a 25 level, they could get one-shotted. One-shotting people, making them loose around 10 mins of playtime while regrouping and Stamina recovering is not good, even more so when the attacker gets no penalty.

Also, guards should patrol major towns and kill outlaws on sight. This is the Valkyon Federation alright.

Too many times I've handed the ganker's [filtered] back to them, and they just run, unable to finish their gank because of lack of ability.
There are very good opinions here.

While ocassional ganking is fine, I do think there should be a penalty for players, specifically when they go out of their way to impede other's advancement.

Plus remember, when you're killed, you loose Stamina, and it takes time to recover it, so ganking makes people stall much longer.

I'm fine with the ocassional gank, but given the gear discrepances, I've seen people one-shot others in Lumbertown's gates without the other even knowing what happened. Come on... one-shot?
Just that.

Back in CBT1, when I wrote non-English characters into the chat window, like "ñ" or "á", the whisper / say / etc would be send without issues. But now in CBT2, when I use one of these characters in my text, even when the game clearly has the font for it and recognizes my input, when I press Enter the message is not sent.

It'd be very good if you could fix this, so Latin communities chan speak with themselves using their characters alright.

The golden rule of MMOs if that everyone is a guy unless proven otherwise.

'Nuff said.

I'm not a big fan of this. While I do think it helps to sort the mouthbreathers, it's also a means of alienating people from groups because "lol 11k DPS or kick". Many other games have successful grouping without implemented DPS meters. It just comes down to occasionally looking over at your teammates to see if they have their thumb up their [filtered].

This, I am fine with meters for min/maxing YOURSELF but when abused to not let players join you in content is rather saddening. I'm not speaking from personal experience but I knew quite a few players that were good in games but never got to raid because of stupid reasons.

Couldn't agree more.
