Wondering the same - and also how the late-game PvE scene is during the late-night pacific hours (after 9 pm PST, midnight EST).
Same, and a host of others it seems.
It was broken for me even before downloading this latest windows update.. and still afterward.

The TL;DR here is a "Looking to create a Static 5-group".
As for the details -
When someone says "But.. under the circumstances, I...", one great response I've heard is "Wait - why are you under them?"
So with that sort of mindset, I'm looking to take a proactive approach to avoiding the horror stories and general douchebaggery that are apparently par-for-the-course in the level-60 IM queues. Between the wife, the kids and the 9-5 (and being on the west coast), I play at very late hours relative to most of the US. It's been a bit difficult to find a solid and regular group of friends to tackle group content with.
Edit - When I say "Late" I mean 10pm to 1am/2am PST late.
My sorcerer is currently 45 and climbing. I'm putting this out here to see if anyone else in that level range is of a similar mindset and play schedule - especially tanking and healing folks, though that almost goes without saying, heh. Of course, if you're 60 already and the next paragraph describes your mindset (and you don't mind waiting for some 40-somethings to catch up), feel free to respond as well.
My goal is to find ~4 others of around this level (tank/heal/2damage) who are interested in some joint leveling sessions, and in time, full-on groups for Fane/ToT/Balder/etc. If you're a Lancer or Healer, I have no qualms helping to speed your grind along. It's not required to have a hardcore amount of play time each week, but what I do want is a certain level of focus, dedication and especially aptitude for learning the tough encounters and performing your role with a bit of a perfectionist, yet positive attitude. As a side note, periodic AFK's are expected and not frowned upon - again, the goal here is a casual pace, but dedicated focus during go-time.
Preference, of course, to anyone in-guild (Linkshell) who fits this bill.
I'm also not closed to the idea of a Warrior tank, especially in light of the upcoming warrior and zerker changes. But you would need to consider yourself a mf'ing bawss, when it comes to tanking... ;)

First two posters in this thread look like ArenaNet employees to me... ;) Kinda like one of those advertisements that thinks they're gonna fool everyone by pretending to be an interview, but isn't really fooling anyone.
The "i c wut you did ther" is pretty blatant with this one.

Lancer searching for a guild with a large presence during these late night hours (9pm to 1am PST, give or take). This is a bit early for Oceanic guilds, and very late for EST - so it's a bit of a niche, I'll admit.
PVE or PVP server doesn't matter - I have characters on both (60 warrior on Jagged), and transfers are easy at the moment.
Also have a 22 Lancer on Dragonfall, which is on the verge of becoming my new "main". Liking it much more than I thought I would.
If it comes to it, I'm tempted to start a guild that caters to this particular slice of time, though I'm hoping something like this is already established. Note that I'm very focused on defeating hardmode content in time, but the ideal guild would be comprised of folks who understand work & family and are comfortable reaching these goals on 3-5 hours of in-game time daily, with a bit more as available.
So if a medium+ population guild of this nature (on any server) is seeking a new Lancer, speak up. "West Coast represent", as the song goes...

This is your first Rodeo-M-MO isn't it.
En Masse put so much work into this game and was so excited about launch only to see that people can't even play their game, launch will forever have a negative stigma attached to it and many have probably already gotten frustrated enough and simply quit.
