Getting more tanks in the pool is a more pressing matter than trying to muck with class balancing, I reckon.

That's hardly the problem. The problem is, people have it in their minds that warriors are terrible at tanking. Between spinning the boss with their moves and the extra vulnerabilities they have to things like AoE attacks, people just don't want to deal with warriors trying to tank, regardless of how "difficult" the class is.
Plus, a parry that only blocks a fraction of the damage is laughable when compared against Lancers being able to block all damage.
Instead of warrior block why not let them "Parry" so that like a dodge they have a small window to parry and block like 75% of incoming dmg, or some dmg value based on weapon.
IMO dont dumb down warrior for the WoW kids who want to play their assassins

Wait, there are rune vendors? Do tell.
But seriously, EME. Crafting quests. Activate 'em.

Dawnhide was pretty crappy in Closed Beta, too. The only hide we ran across in beta that didn't suck was Rough Hide and that was only after it was buffed for CBT...4? 5? One of the two.
But yeah. On the one hand, it's something that should be fixed because it's just a weird discrepancy. However, it's also easily remedied some levels later by farming Bastion of Lok.

C'mon, people, break up the quotes, will ya?
One way or another Tera is the first to implement this sort of system with an open world MMO. We can agree on that part, yeah? That experience, at least, is new - and to some it's pretty significant, given how much some players value that open world part.

I believe Minea confirmed recently that you can use prepaid cards.
They're working on that, actually.
The first point is an oddity, but also has a pretty big benefit. You're free to join other groups to do group content while waiting, instead of not being able to party with anyone because you're already waiting on a queue or you don't want to drag a random joe into the queue with you just because you wanted to group for a BAM. However, to fix how sudden it is to suddenly be pulled from your own group and put into an IMS group, they should make it clear on the queueing window or tutorials that the group that joins will be the group that initially queued, and also give the player notification before putting them in the IMS group, with a dialog box to accept or decline.
Well, cancelling worked for me just fine several hours ago. It took a minute or two to update, but I used Stop Automatic Billing and it changed to Manual, and then I started it back up the same way, after another minute or so before updating. So I can't say I share the sentiment about shadiness.
However, seeing as Digital River apparently completely screwed the pooch with the subscription data a while ago, who knows what's up. Someone suggested they might be changing the subs manually until they get the screwup totally ironed out. Could be they don't have a graveyard shift for that job. Do you get an error, or just nothing happens?

Sorry, mac. I'm fully aware of the pros and cons of the game. And for me, the pros outweigh the cons - I'm greatly enjoying the game even if I wish it had things like vanity pets to collect or world PvP objectives. Should I find that the opposite becomes true, I'll quit the game, maybe come back if improvements are made, or maybe even quit MMOs altogether and do something more productive, like pursue my drawing hobby. But that's not even the point.
He's just spewing vague complaints that don't even have any meaning. It's as if he's tired of the MMO genre as a whole and expected the game to somehow take everything he ever knew about it and turn it on its head. Criticizing it for being an MMO. Criticizing gameplay for not being "dynamic", a word that means pretty much nothing by itself. Criticizing it for having a pretty trailer. That's just silly.
He's being honest with himself Arrei, something you don't do enough of.
It's ok tho you'll scrap past that gold paint eventually to experience a big handful of SWTOR letdown.
