No, I was pointing out that moving your PC is very likely not the reason they ban-hammered you. Also, the live chat queue is 3 minutes long. Click support up at the top, and on the right there is a button that says "Chat with Support".

If you move your pc around, they require you to unlock the ip with a code sent to your e-mail. they don't perma ban you. Else laptops would totally ruin this game...
