Was wondering about other lancer's thoughts on the new glyphs. Personally I was not too impressed.

I'm at work so I'm going by memory here, feel free to fill in the full list, but these are my thoughts on the ones I remember:

-30% chance to slow attackspeed by 30% for 7 seconds on Spring attack-
Seems like itll be an amazing pvp glyph, and have a low point cost. IMO the best glyph added. Testing needs to be done if the 30% chance can be procced by each hit of spring, or if it only counts as one... proc on all hits would be insane, close to guarenteed chance!

-lower glyph cost for +100% agro on shield counter-
Not much to say here. saves you 1 point on a glyph every single lancer uses. Second-best glyph from set IMO.

-+200% agro from shield barrage-
at first glance, for the point cost, this seems like a great glyph because who wouldnt want triple agro on a very spammable skill? Well, this is the main glyph I'd like to see discussed.

Pros: Spammable, and doesnt rely on blocking a hit to proc like shield counter. Sometimes I'll lose agro waiting for a boss to do a long animation attack. Teraliths using their agro swap move comes to mind...
Cons: According to the agro values that I've found, shield barrage has a very low starting agro value, and even tripling it, it doesnt come close to the agro from our shield counter.

Eager to see others' thoughts on this one.

And, I don't remember the other new ones. Anyone want to help out with those?

Cool Story Bro

Thank you so much for captioning this. I keep thinking it every single time i see that loading screen xD
yeah wow I wasn't expecting to have to explain the sarcasm after that screenshot.

Nope.. this server is dead as a doornail, all those guilds that transferred out had the right idea, its like a ghost town here. =(
Hello all, Shiken here. I am a council member in Divine and a founding member of Divine here in Tera, and this will be my first and last post in this thread. I try and stay out of political drama, but felt the need to clear up a couple little things.

In regards to the vote trading, I'll say only this: I spoke to a trusted member of Ragnarok recently, and was told "around half of us did actually vote for Divine." The primary reason for this was that "we never had any real meeting announcing the alliance, it was said once in guild chat when it was decided on, and once more right before the votes ended." That being said, there's absolutely no way to tell whether this lack of information to Ragnarok was intentional or just poor communication, and in reality it does not matter. Whatever the intention, Ragnarok did not bring to the table we had been agreed on in our meetings, and was therefore removed from the alliance. With rumors flying everywhere, it was natural we would get a bit heated, which led to this "revenge" and "chasing off the server" business, which was an overreaction on our part. On purpose or not, we are ready to move past this and get it behind us. I hope that Ragnarok can become a good rival guild moving forwards.

On the Ravenwood topic; This has blown way out of proportions. Most of you are seeing it as this: "Leave the alliance with Ragnarok or we will war you." This is not correct.
While at one point we had decided to war Ragnarok and it's future allies for what happened, we have since decided not to, and did not ever declare a war for this reason. The recent war declaration was in fact "random", and "just for fun".
It's really not that complicated. NO we are not warring anyone to "bully", NO we are not warring you to "strong arm" (man you guys love that term) you to drop that alliance. I really hope that clears that up, and that you guys can be mature about any future war decs that may happen.

In closing I'd like to address the issue of Divine members' integrity. As was said by others, if you see Divine members engaging in dishonorable activities, you need to let a member of leadership know about it. We have rules, and even a creed link, and if they're being broken, they will be dealt with. Most often this is a case of a new member not fully acquainted with how we do things, and can be solved easily.

I think that about covers everything, I hope to see you all on the fields. Peace brothers! =)
this post may have just been the decided factor between human male and ellin lancer for me...

You bet it's useful... another thing you should glyph stun CD + stun duration. 6s stuns on a 19s CD? You bet that's useful too

There's really no reason why any lancer shouldnt glyph that stun, even for pve purposes.
hmm, judging by that fight it looks like onslaught is pretty useful if its glyphd for the short animation, + this person has some definite attackspeed boosts.

Thanks Ashton! Definitely good stuff to try and get better with recordings. I just started myself. And the description is exactly what happens with me. I end up with a 500mb video after rendering. I'm going to look at this today and see how I can improve my recordings.

Don't know if you saw, added your PVP to the links for videos.

Thanks, and yeah that encoding guide really helps, my pvp video was around 200GB before running it through that, which took it down to 4GB
