Though, are you saying that we can only claim 4 letters per day on a character, or on the account. The wording on the event says, 4 per day, per character. Yet, if we try on other characters, we either get less or no letters on them at all. It's very inconsistent. As mentioned with the varying number of letters received for some characters or none at all.

This is why we have confusion and curious if the system is glitchy, (which it evidently is.)

I logged in on one character yesterday and got FIVE letters. Two arrived in the same minute as a duplicate. She did not receive a letter from the Postmaster. Though, I figured she got her four +1, that I would try another character.

I logged out and back on with my 2nd character. She received three letters. The 3rd one was from the Postmaster. Which of course, said I could no longer try for more. Yet, she only got TWO, the Postmaster being the THIRD letter on her.

I then logged into a 3rd character. I had him logged in for over two hours and received NO letters.

I have another 10 minutes to see if I can get one more letter today on the first character I logged in yesterday who got five. Will edit my findings in about 15 minutes.

EDIT: Okay, I can confirm that I wasn't able to receive another letter with a character I had received some with yesterday. That is because the event has to reset first, which is 4pm today.

In addition: I could not receive any letters at all either, on a character that I didn't log in yesterday. So even an alt that wasn't logged in the day the event started, couldn't get any letters at all. So, this makes me question the 4 letters per character, per day. The text is misleading. In total, I was only able to gather 8 letters on two characters.

I too would like a separate channel for it.
Emotes, whether typed, (using the /e [type content/action here]) or shortcut, (i.e. /cheer) should not share the same channel as system alerts.

I had logged into my account and noticed that it was about to expire tomorrow, May 4th, 2012.
I purchased a physical retail CE edition from GameStop.
I submitted my product code yesterday and noticed the expiration date.
I then read their Twitter post and this topic and all the comments in it.

I phoned Customer Service and was on the phone on hold for 95 minutes.
The agent on the phone sent me an email regarding the trouble ticket with the incident #: 120503-002330

4 hours and 42 minutes later they applied three more days of free time to my account so that I can play while they work on fixing this subscription error.

I can only say, as much of a shock it is to have this happen on such a large scale, that I do hope people will be able to have their subscriptions fixed and billing statements corrected and fixed for those that already selected payment options.

This whole incident makes me sad to see transpire and I do hope it will be sorted out soon and that the customers can once again be happy and feel that En Masse is doing everything that they can to make things right for them. I'm wishing you luck on this and hope you can get this error corrected.
