Audible's Post History

Tribe Gaming is a "community first" gaming group and has a strong tradition of giving back to its players and giving back to the communities it plays in. With that in mind, Tribe hosts "Tribe Hunt" events in their Vanarch provinces.

**Tribe Hunt VII will be on Sunday August 26th @ 9:30PM EST**

Province Specific Rules

- Level range for Tribe Hunt VI is 56-60

General Rules

- 5-10 Tribe members, who will be named in /o, will log in at the appointed time, in a hidden spot in the province.
- 200-500g per Tribe member is up for grabs in the hunt (amount subject to the province)
- Tribe Hunt participants will start in main province city and head out into the region at the appointed time to seek out these 5-10 Tribers'.
- Participants will have 1 HOUR to seek out, and kill the hidden Triber'
- The Triber' must die, CAN KILL the attackers, and will use any means to stay alive outside of running to a safe zone or being healed by another Tribe member - they are on their own!
- The winner of each kill is the lander of the killing blow.
- Tribe Hunt is not eligible for Tribe's GVG opponents (we will NOT declare on any guilds 24 hours prior to the event, if YOU declare, thats your problem).
- If the killing blow is landed by an ineligible player, the Tribe member will determine which eligible player should be awarded the money.
- If the Tribe member is found, attacked and killed by only one player, and that player is ineligible, the Tribe member will return to the field of play.
- A screenshot of the log will be taken in case of issues, but the Tribe member will have a final say on who killed them.
- The winner is not up for debate once decided.

Tribe Hunt has been a fantastic success so far and we look forward to having fun in Val Elenium as well.

So, I think pretty much most all the other guilds running in anything are plant trash dumpsters.

I also think you guys are pretty bad as well. You don't really have any skills as far as PVP goes, just a big bunch of dumpsters.

Im sure all that other E-crap you do like have fun and be super friendly with each other and know each other on a first name basis is all flowers and dandy. At least you guys hold onto your promises and host events.

Thats about all the support your gonna get out of me.

So just mark it down as a win and brag about it.

Everyone else can die in a fire.

While I don't think I would say it the same way, I actually don't have a lot of issues with your premise to be honest. I do think there are some pretty highly skilled guilds out there though - but also a lot of windbags. We ARE bad at PVP/GVG. Would we like to get better? You bet your [filtered] we do (at least the leadership does) Is it going to happen right away? Nah. I appreciate your vote.

Tribe Hunt V starts in about 1 hour!
We are thrilled to be running in Southern Shara for the 4th elections!
Bump for tomorrow night!
Of course we are having a little difficulty filling groups. Its the middle of the summer, with a TON of people on vacations and spending a lot of time with their families (including myself) and TERA is obviously loosing the interest of some people because they reached the level cap many weeks ago and find running these same dungeons over and over a little tiresome.

So in the name of disclosure, if you are looking for a guild that runs HM's at all hours of the day, and when you ask to form a group you have an overflow of responses, you simply won't find that in Tribe right now.

That being said, we continue to work hard at improving things, including participation in things like our forums (so signups actually happen instead of people just expecting to go) and participating in generating PP so we do our best to keep our Vanarch promises.

Tribe will never be AWESOME at everything, and we may not even be awesome at one thing (ie PVP, GVG, PVE) but we will continue to try to be. Tribe has always relied on the forums as the backbone of our community, and even if a game and a guild is not living up to what is expected or desired, the true, great, members of Tribe do things to help try to fix the guild from the inside (as opposed to, you know, sniping at us on the VoT forums) and find entertainment in being part of a community that is bigger than any one game you play.

If you are looking for a guild to run HM's in constantly, and dominate GVG, and have no desire to be part of a community as opposed to just being in a "guild" unfortunately I'll ask you to look elsewhere, because you won't be happy in Tribe right now (and honestly, we likely won't be happy with you either) If you are looking for committed leaders, who will continue to work hard (even if member participation is low) and are willing to lead the charge at being a great member instead of someone with just a tag over their head, join us - because we are going to have a lot of fun with the new big patch and continue to grow and mould our budding community.

Thanks for giving me the chance to clarify our participation levels Parciful, I think this will help us recruit more of the types of people we are looking for.
