Meh, I wouldn't have pre-ordered if there was no guarantee to get into the CBT. So I and probably many other people bought the game /w the expectation to play in 'all closed betas', as advertised. If this issue persists through all of this CBT I could have just waited another 2 weeks to buy the game. Or not buy it at all.

Yes, this is so amateur. At the VERY least i should be able to review all my purchases straight from the website, but no.

This is my first time dealing with TERA as i was excited to hear about Beta. Having missed the first one. Now I'm not sure if i want to even bother.
At this rate I'm seriously just going to go be bored in FF14. At least i can play that Game (errr Beta, lulz).

I understand they might be having overflow, but if they can't even handle this, they need to just stop & delay the game. They are not ready.


This is a beta,, and it is for working the bugs out... My only qualm is that the beta that I feel I paid to participate in only lasts 60 hours every other weekend, and I might lose a big chunk of that playtime,,, or all of it. =/
well, I submitted the ticket. Hope it gets resolved sooner than later.
