I recently just finished doing some testing on my system as I had just replaced my thermal paste for my yearly maintenance. My specs are, Intel i5 2500k stock speeds, 16GB corsair Vengeance, Gigabyte GTX 560ti on an MSI P67A. I have not been anywhere where my FPS has not hovered on the 60FPS mark (Displayed by Fraps with Vsync On). This is not looking at the sky either, and of course it dips down a few FPS as new data is being loaded while running through scenes with new assets or fighting monsters. Whereas it immediately returns to 60 after everything finished loading. It never remains below 60 for more than a few seconds. I have, for instance stood in the Vale of the Fang and done a 360 without my FPS dipping below 60. In the section where the Jesters and Moppets hang out. It's a good spot because it has very many NPCs in one spot.
Also, anyone can see above and perceive greater than 30FPS. The human eye has no FPS limit whatsoever, it views light as it reaches the eye and then travels, at the speed of light, a few centimeters for processing. USAF experiments indicate that the human eye can perceive with great accuracy and differentiation between frames upwards of 220 FPS. The problem they have going further is creating hardware which can produce images faster than the eye can see - They have not yet achieved this. For more information:

To be honest, I don't even think the support team is reading our complaints. I had a support ticket in for 3 days and I was given a copy & paste response (the same as the email that went out) which didn't even address what I was talking about in my support ticket.
You can just say /block (playername)
Prone means paying flat. Prone monsters should mean monsters laying flat.

Extract Alchemy can be used on any item that any other extraction skill can be used on. You get a short crafting tutorial when you reach Velika.

I really can't explain it any clearer. Complaints will always outweigh non-complaints in situations like this. A better argument would be asking how many TERA players there are, and how many of them have complained that they can't see elin panties on the forums. If it's over 50%, you may have something. In reality I bet it's around 1%.

Why is Westernization evil and abhorrent while Easternization is not? Why is anything from western culture viewed with disgust and contempt if it's different than eastern culture whereas when a westerner dislikes something in eastern culture they're immediately labeled a bigot, or childish or arrogant?
