My name is Bigfangs aka Rochelle and I am the GM of <stars> on Serpentis Isle PVE server. I am also the Sorcerer prime, and we have 8 primes in my guild. We are one of the more hardcore PVE guilds on the server, and are well known throughout the community. I am currently Vanarch of Lorcada.

Recently, a good friend of mine named Lucy.Heartfilia quit the game. He uninstalled it, but told me if I wanted any items to put in the guild bank, I was more than welcome to do so. Being a good samaritan, I logged on his acct and took some items for our guild bank for crafting purposes.

Little to my knowledge, he ended up selling the acct. The acct now is under control of some botter. In the process apparently ENMASSE decided that anyone who logged on that acct is a " Ni Hao" Chinese farmer, and IP/ computer blocked everyone.

So now I cannot even log on my own personal acct. I opened 2 GM tickets. The first one the GM had no clue what I was experiencing, and he troubleshooted me through some steps. Below is the log:

1.Press the Windows key ( ) + R to open a "Run" window.
2.Type "cmd" and press Enter to open a console window.
3.Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
4.Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
5.Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
6.Type "exit" and press Enter to close the console window.

Bigfangs .: But ya she was logged in once doing the vanarch stuff while i was at my grandmas, then i came home

GM Doom.M.D: Haha okay, you may try synching your time clock:

1.Click the clock and click change time and date settings
2.Under the Internet Time Tab, click Change Settings
3.Check Synchronize time with an internal time server.
4.Select time.windows.com if it is not already selected from the drop down menu
5.Click Update Now, and then click OK
6.If are still experiencing the issue after step 5 you may need to manually add an Internal Time Server. To do that continue to step 7
7.Go to http://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi and select the server name for the time location nearest to you
8.From Step 4 replace time.windows.com with one of the servers from the link from step 7. For example, we would use ime-nw.nist.gov for Washington

It sounds silly but sometimes it clears up these aberrant problems.

GM Doom.M.D: You might try powercycling you internet connection first, but you should also be aware that your account is currently being reviewed for bad behavior, I'm not sure if this would prevent you from logging in necessarily, but I don't have enough information to know.

I doubt this is the case if you can access it from a different computer though.

GM Doom.M.D: It doesn't appear like you were seriously acted upon, GM's look into people all the time, a lot of trolls report people for fun.

I talked to another GM later in the day, since I had unistalled/ reinstalled the game to see if that made any difference, which it did not. and here is what he had to say:

OK? Excuse me this person never logged on my computer in no way shape or form. I am pretty F*(&(& pissed off and have never been berated so much by one gaming company ever since I started my Online endeavors with Ultima Online back in the 90's.

Please unban my acct ASAP. I have to get my damn roomate to login my *&*&()*( acct so setup vendors and everything else. This Federal bull[filtered] to unblock my IP or computer or whatever it is will take WEEKS.

I cancelled my subscritpion, and would like a refund for this month. In the future, if you're going to ban someone, please $#$!!$ just ban the computer THEY USED and don't punish everyone all at once, especially if you don't have the facts to back it up. LOL I am appalled at you even remotely saying that The hacker used MY PC.

I have gone to extreme measures the last 2 days to even try to login the game such as using a VPN , changing my MAC address and IP address and I still can't #$!$#!$ log on to do my leadership duties.

Howdy partners. My name is Bigfangs aka Rochelle or "Roach", and I am the GM of Stars. You may know a lot of my members including me (the slow one :( ) obtaining many of the server first primes. 5/8 to be exact. We actually have 7 primes in the guild now, including Arachnea's prime sorc and Lancer.

Even in my absence for real life purposes not being able to log in everyday since I have been taking care of my grandmother and helping my mother with her store she just opened up, my guildmates are always online and greeting/ helping others.

We decided to go for Lorcada. That was one of the best leveling zones in my eyes and my guildmates couldn't agree more. We are not here to make your taxes 999999999999%, we wan't your experience in Lorcada to be a most enjoyable one. The vendors will be open, and the tax will not be sky high.
My co-officer and leader Hachi has been a blessing too. Talk about one nice girl! She is usually around to answer any questions or concerns you have as well!

We are also part of hte TSIC. The Serpentis Isle Coaltion, which stands for fair treatment of players and making your in game time not a waste of time! Afterlife, Duality, Silent Warriors, The Older Gamers, Legion, Rage, Exalted and PuriPuri are all apart of our team.

No, but a lot of us come from some top wow guilds such as Forlorn Legacy, Drow, Death and Taxes, Vodka, Drama etc some oldschool guilds :)
