Agreed as well. Open forums are a great way to let people that are interested in the game get an idea on the inner workings of the game. However, when you allow your forums to become full of people that do nothing but create threads meant to stir up drama, troll, and insult people, many of those people turn away. Eventually, other websites and reviewers will take notice and mention this.

Rift forums were called something along the lines of "an internet toilet" soon after launch by several reviewers, and it turned many people away. Trion quickly enacted new forum policies and enforced them, and now the forums are constructive, helpful, and a great learning and communication tool for players as well as developers.

If I didnt already own Tera, I doubt I would buy it and play if I was basing my decision on browsing the forums.

I'm only seeing the regular digital version of Tera (not digital CE or physical CE) going for $24.99 (now i see the free mask, could they make that any harder to see?)

Also, this is a sale being done by Amazon, not by EME. Other retaileres all still have tera for the regular price.

Retailers are free to sell products at whatever cost they want. If they want to take a loss, or lower their profit, more power to the buyer!

Not shocked at all. Same thing happens with most new MMOs

I will be. The combat style, my friends in the game, and visual styling will keep me here. I for one am sick of the "ok click on this guy, stand still, push buttons. oh now lets hit tab, move in range, now stand here and push buttons" style of combat.

MMO's are what they are. Every MMO has the same quest styling, the same "damn, im capped, now what", and "wow this crafting took me forever, and its really not useful to me anymore."

I also enjoy the grind. I like working for my skills, my levels, and my gear. I for one LOVED having to spend hours grinding on FF7 and FF8 in order to have all my characters at the same level and geared properly to take on the next area or boss.

Catatonic beat me to it. Every game that has brought in this feature has had warfronts completely ruined by twinks.
