Wow more threads about Wicked members... I know what guild to avoid.

Conveniently all started by the same person.
This whole forum was filled with rage when the changes to the enchanting system were announced, crying it would become to easy to enchant...

TL:DR Another case of you can't please everyone.
The definition of "Quality" is merely an opinion. It is fully understandable that you would join a guild and not find what you are looking for, as it happens to many everyday. You have to understand, it is not the guilds fault you had a bad time, it is yours, as you chose to join it, and were free to leave at anytime with no ill feelings between us. Wicked does not hide who we are, we make sure people know that we are who we are, and we welcome then to join us for a while to see if what we have to offer is to their liking.

Every guild is different, as is every player. That is why guilds are formed, to bring together players who share the same mindset. We at Wicked have our own mindset, as a group that it is simply how we enjoy to play the game. Of course, we are not without our flaws, as any guild is. We will have our low moments like everyone else. That being said, I am sorry that what we had to offer you was not to your liking, but at the same time, simply because it was not to your specific tastes it does not make us bad or poor quality. Please try to understand that it simply was not a fit for you, and instead of spending time becoming angry about it, you should spend that time trying to find a guild that fits you, as I can promise you that that will contribute much more to how much you enjoy your time in Tera.
An't no rest for the Wicked.
Its only purpose now is to use it on single targets for a quick auto hit skill.
Yay for new things.

from what i understand leash doesnt work on bosses, but it builds good threat

Correct, simply put, lancers have no more tools to keep a boss mob still then warriors do. If a boss wants to move, it's gonna move.
Also, I see so many people say lancers are better because they keep a boss stationary. Let me ask you this, in cb1 how many of you saw a lancer keep the last boss in Bastion stationary for the whole time. That boss was jumping all over the place no matter who was tanking it. Also, that trend will continue later on in levels, Bosses simply won't be stationary in this game.
It is not more difficult for healers to heal a warrior. It is more difficult for priests to heal a warrior. Mystics will find warriors easy to heal, as warriors extra mobility allows them to run to and pick up heal orbs more easily then lancers. The boss doesn't even have to move during it, for if you time it right, during one of the bosses longer attack animations, a warrior can dodge quick and run over quick and pick up an orb and be back in time to keep the boss in the same general spot, while a lancer will spend that time in one spot taking the hits and will not be able to go get orbs. So yes, priests will have a harder time getting the warrior in their heal circles, but mystics will find a good warrior easy to heal.

TL:DR Priests are better for healing lancers, Mystics are better for warriors.
Warriors have the highest natural crit rate and the biggest endurance(the stat that affects defense) debuff. If you combine this with a crit build and the warriors offensive stance, and utilize the warriors dodges to keep yourself behind the mob, yes, as seen in these videos, they can dps well with tons of crits. But this will be reserved to end game mostly and with good gear.
