Did it Crash or did you guys take Tempest down for service???
how do i go about repairing. i know there was like some files i can del and the it redownlodes but i dont want to del the wrong thing. also i ran the emediag tool and it says i have no internet connection. i rebooted everything and it still says that. how can i have no internet when i'm on here writing, and help?
yes restarted it like 2 times now and always the same, it hasent made me update since the first one i had this mornning.
Are the servers down? it says there all up but everytime i try to connect i get the same msg. anyone else having the problem? also i try to log on to all servers and nothing :(
when do we get to use them? i got a lev60 lancer and a 53 warrior and i dont already have them nore can i get them from the trainer.
here is a good link that will test your system as even if u got all it wants sometimes there may be a problem with a driver or something and i always use this site:

I don't know... this is what u find unter support for the problem:
We are currently investigating the issue regarding the "Subscription not found or has Expired" error message.
If you have purchased TERA, applied your game code and set up your subscription; and are experiencing this error please contact Support for added gametime while we continue to work this issue. Please keep in mind it will take us 24-48 hours to resolve this error.
But i am not sure what way since they got 4 diffrent ways to get a hold of them.
