You need to close the client and the launcher and do a complete restart in order for account items to appear in your item claim.
You need to make sure that 3rd party cookies aren't disabled and that if you are running and addons in Firefox like No Script you are allowing fatfoogoo.com through. If all else fails disable all your addons and try again.

The trick is to ditch your abyss set and don't bother with it. Go 10man KN and hope the other 9 people are competent enough to swap fire/ice and not break the crystal. Enjoy the luxury of masterwork in a few scrolls.
Replacement of regent is a tough question since most people are afraid or just simply not ready for 20man despite how easy it is.

There is no trick. It's purely RNG. Some people get it first scroll, some people need 218. Just keep at it if you really want to MW that piece of gear.

Naw mystics needed an update. BHS just needs to work on the numbers and get them right.
Stupid update IMO, Mystics should be nerfed not buffed. Priests need buffs and CC way more than ever if anything.
