There's nothing rude about that reply. If anything, it should be easier for a non-native speaker of English to understand that the other party did not understand what they were trying to express, if they simply reply that way.

20 is the limit, it does not mean that there are 20 available to you. "19/20" means that you have completed 19 out of a maximum of 20 dailies that day. It will reset to 0/20 tomorrow.

Everytime I look at my quest log I only see
Number of daily (19/20).
I look at the map and I see no green question marks nor exclamation marks.
I'm on LoT. Is the last daily quest possibly Nexus which we dont do yet?

That was definitely not the cause. Were you around for the whole point farming drama with Bloodline? It was explicitly stated that these were reasons the cooldown was being added. Later, they also added point caps.
Thought they added it also for the people jumping from guild to guild to steal gold and items from guild banks quickly before word spread about em .Actually seen one back before it was implemented they joind stay a day,randomly invite people to the guild in question rob the bank and move on to another guild asap.Rinse and repeat.At least now you have 7 days for word of mouth to spread about the character ingame since your not allowed callout threads to inform the population

Actually it was first introduced because of GvG vanarchy -- guilds were applying temporary guilds to GvG vanarchy, and everyone would leave the main guild, join the temp guild, and some folks in the main guild would farm them for points. Then they'd return to their normal guild like nothing happened. You can blame guilds like Bloodline for the wait being introduced.
No. You have to wait to join another guild. No two ways about it. The cooldown for rejoining a guild was added to prevent people exploiting gquitting during Guild versus Guild PvP.

VoT runs from my home server, right here. There is indeed a sticker on it.
You all make it sound like there's a physical server box with a "Valley of Titans" sticker on it that they're turning back on. It's more likely a virtual server instance be added to a cluster somewhere with no connection to the previous VoT other than being given the same name. None of the pre-merger characters are back, for instance.
