Which can do their job well without being in the optimal equipment?
I have played both, one to 50 and the other to 30, and I find them both to be very enjoyable, but I cannot figure out which I want to specialize into for endgame pvp. Could someone please give me an unbiased opinion on both so that I might figure out which will suit me better?
I've always loved playing heavily armored DPS, they're kind of my passion in most games. Yet, I'm worried about the viability of such a sluggish class in late game pvp? The plethora of stuns seem like they could lead to a complete stop on the Berserker's damage due to his style of charging all of his attacks, not to mention that it seems like they are very kitable.
Can any level 60 Berserkers tell me how they fare in late game pvp? I'm really liking the feel of this class and the Slayer, and I'm having a hard time choosing between the two.
(I already know the forum consensus on slayers, "I'm rock, scissors is fine, nerf paper." Please take your slayer hate ranting elsewhere)

So I'm new to the game and I'm really interested in the pvp aspects. I'm split between these two classes though.
I understand that the Slayer is currently the FotM, so I'm trying to take that into account during the decision making process.
I enjoy both, so what I'm wondering is, in a month or two's time, which do you believe is going to be the more viable choice in group and solo pvp, when fully geared?

So I've cut Berserker out of the mold, and now I'm between a Warrior and a Slayer. I read that Warriors are getting buffed, does anybody know what they're going to be doing to the class?
I'm really torn between the two at this point, since they both appeal to the two play styles I like the most.

So, after listening to my friend talk about TERA, I decided to go ahead and give it a try.
I've always enjoyed melee classes, and usually play a warrior archetype in other games.
From what I've read, I'm stuck between the Berserker, Slayer, and Warrior.
The Slayer seems to be the current FOTM, which is saddening since it was one of my top choices. I dislike the notion that what I'm playing is doomed to be nerfed, since it means I'll have to take unecessary time to adjust to whatever they change about the class.
Berserker seems nifty, since it can actually take a hit or two, but I really enjoy pvp and the class seems to take a whole lot of effort to actually land hits due to how slow its attacks are.
I know next to nothing about the Warrior, but my friend plays one and has been talking them up a whole lot.
Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
