I AM the only person in the world with this sensitive account issue that I need resolved. This is exclusive to my account and a personal issue I need resolved by en masse support.

I figured live chat support would be easier for a time sensitive issue such as this compared to a ticket, but really, it does not seem to be working.

I sat here, waiting in queue for support... for hours. You have to consistently check that "chat with support window" or else you'll miss the person, they only give you 1 minute before they disconnect, if that.

This time, I was ready. I watched the queue go from 5... to 3... to 2... to 1...

HMMMMMMM... sure seems like there are people to support. And now, I'm back at the beginning. This will take a very long time, longer than the estimated, to get support. Who knows if this will happen again? Will I ever get support on this time sensitive issue?

Are there other options for support? Probably, but really, what is the point of this system if it does this to you?

If it has an orange circle icon with a mouth, then it's a world boss, which basically means rare spawn. It can have good loot, be required for a quest, be a tough encounter, or something else.

If it's an actual tough BAM world boss, then it is also likely to have unique loot exclusive to that boss (which is flagged with "eligible as template" and has higher than normal item level).

It's not about being "better than Blizzard." Diablo III has a LOT (a LOT) more people logging in than TERA.
