I agree completely with the OP on this.

Players almost never RP on a RP-PVP server so I fail to see the point. I'm glad for these rules for the RP server btw, even if I haven't see them enforced yet.
By the way, the option to preview items in inventory and the broker was already in-game before this patch, so I'm not sure what the deal is with that being listed in the patch notes.
It does make me wonder how much more filler was added to the list though in order to make it seem as if a lot of changes had been made.

"Now you have no excuse for not knowing that you've been playing all night."
Look, I understand gaming addiction is severe in South Korea, I've read the articles. But it isn't as big of a issue in the rest of the world, so this kind of thing is insulting at best.
Not to mention the ridiculous in-game onscreen notice about how long I have been playing still needs to be removed.
I thought EME was supposed to westernize Tera? Well you failed on this part for sure.

I agree with Perfect, but I also don't trust without question someone posting supposed email content from a GM. And even if it was legit, joining a RP server is supposed to infer that the player wants to RP the given lore of the backstory, not a mythological lumberjack from a children's book.
Im glad to see that cooler heads prevailed in this thread despite some of the flamers and their trolling.

The OP's being offended has nothing to do with the definition of entitlement. Nowhere in her post did she claim we were promised any improvements or more specifically, the most wanted changes. What irks me is when posters like Drakkan and a few others who posted here over-generalize current catch phrases just to hear themselves talk(write).
It would do the world some good if more would stop the over-generalization and quit trying to act like a jerk by throwing words like QQ'ing(or whining), and especially labeling someone as 'acting entitled.'
One thing is for sure though, everyone is in fact entitled to their own opinion. If you don't like it, fine. Simply find a way to present a counter-point if you really need to. People really need to learn how positively contribute to a thread instead of automatically trying to belittle or offend the OP just to try to get your point validated. Otherwise don't waste code by posting if you can't keep from being rude.
h8ted1 on 04/27/2012, 08:38 PMSo instead of fixing chat bugs, and adding a petitioned walk animation toggle...
They add more Hair Colors?
Talk about prioritizing....
I'm sorry but I really feel offended by this for some reason.
You feel offended because they implented a spesific feature for all of Tera's playerbase vs a couple features for RP'ers who are an extreme minority in this game?
This is the definition of entitlement. I think you need to realize how many features and other small bugs have yet to be implemented in Tera, such as Vanarchs, GVG on pve, finishing crafting, npcs in areas like castanica.
A walk animation, and custom emotes are at the near bottom of the list. To be insulted by this is beyond ridiculous

By the sounds of it, it would appear the guild promotes perverted, vulgar and crude language. If not, their advertiser wouldn't be saying things such as "...little ones getting their minds scarred...", "Adult", & "warped sense of humor."
For the record, the Rules of Conduct posted by En Masse clearly state that such language is not wanted in public chat channels in-game. So since that type of language is not tolerated in-game, I wouldn't go advertising it as a perk for joining a guild.
The Area chat channel has a difficult time being moderated as it is without others encouraging immature behavior. (Which by the way En Masse specifically labels that kind of language as anything but 'Adult.')

On a brighter note, if the guild plans to be a contribution to the RP server (since it is a RP server afterall) then I hope their recruiting goes well.
Ah, I see. Well, I don't see how that is an oxymoron. So far, our guild's been doing great! Really glad to be a part of it. And the main reason that we ask for adults only is because of our warped sense of humor (as pointed out in my first post). Don't want the little ones getting their minds scarred, do we?

Did you read the backstory? The whole world is the dream of two gods. So how exactly can you apply what you think armor is in a gods' dream?
Confusing post is confusing, amirite?
But seriously, I do like some of the skimpy armors, but does it ever start to look like armor and not just cloth clothing?
Not trolling, legitimate question.
