If you are on the prolog isle then yeah, I think that's still an issue. The best thing you can do is finish the prolog isle with the set up they give you and then it should stick you on the Isle of Dawn which is the starting island where you can then move you're skills around. Otherwise just look for a symbol thing on you're action bar and click it and it should let you freely move them around if you are not on the prolog isle part.

I've also been experiencing some lag here and there as well as some chat lag yesterday. My lag started shortly after that last patch we got, so I hope that kind of narrows down some of the possibilities as to what it could be, although I can't speak for everyone who is experiencing lag however.

P.S. I'm on Jagged Coast if that matters.

Yes, you can use the mount on all of you're characters. I also have the collector's edition and have the mount on all of my characters as well as the other items. The first tab is a one time claim tab which the collector's edition items are not.

Yes, as long as they aren't in the first tab of the "claim" screen then you can claim them as much as you want.

Here's how I see it, they need to get rid of the visible tier and item levels on gear or make it so people can't see other peoples gear and item levels. If you're allowed to queue for the dungeon then you're allowed to run the dungeon. Just my OPINION and I feel it MAY lessen of some the issues such as the "kicking" thing.

I played a Sorcerer to 60 and kept getting removed from groups after a 1-2 hour queue and I wasn't even in there for no longer than a minute because of my item level (IL142) and got fed up with it, so I'm now re-rolling a Lancer who is now level 47 and I get group lead about 99% of the time and instant queues. With lead I always ask others and do a vote before I remove someone and if I don't get lead and if they remove me from the group then that's fine, I'll just re-queue up again and get an instant pop if not a 5-10 minute queue so as long as it isn't an hour while they wait for another tank (win for me, loss for them).

In short, roll a Lancer and most of the problems should be solved. I understand you shouldn't have to only just to enjoy the game, but with how rude the community is it's easier to just roll a Lancer and be done with it or run with a group of friends. Take it how you will, but that's just my OPINION.
