I preordered Tera way back when it first came available, choosing the monthly renewal plan, since I didn't really knew if it'll hold the promises given and get me fascinated. The subscription should be changeable at any time anyway - at least that's what Enmasse announced. I had already planned to upgrade my subscription to one of the Inaugural Subscription plans [https://tera-support.enmasse.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/218/~/what-are-tera's-subscription-plans%3F] that were announced if I'd really stick around. Time limit for that should have been the 31th of may. (Has been extended to 31th of april.)
Tera was holding it's premises and I got a hell-of-a loot of fun :). Since we still can't change plans until now, I contacted support, as I read in my profile I'll get billed soon for the next month and I finally wanted to upgrade taking advantage of the Inaugural Plans and contacted support. The answer was a little awkward:
'You just have to sit it out!'
Uh,.. what?? Besides being really distracted and not being responsive to my questions, that's all I was told.
So now: Do I have to stick to my plan now, not being able to upgrade? Do I have to cancel my current plan and re-order to upgrade?
Any help is appreciated.
