Bloodlust has always increased PVP damage. It's the only real way you're going to one shot anything without the planets aligning for a perfect back crit. So, what's the buff exactly?

What are you even trying to argue anymore? What was your point ever supposed to even be? I remark on how losing EBG will mean less play because normal battlegrounds suck and not just because they're a horrible, frustrating, chore of a grind which runs completely counter to the purpose of a game and that making the grind fun is the bare minimum anyone here wants. I'd love a lot more but that's for another thread.
Your logic seems to be following the track that EBG let me grind and not hate it, so therefor grinds are the problem, therefor I hate grinds, therefor grinds are bad and I'm whining about grinds. Umm, ok, not really what I said, but grinds are basically the MMORPG genre. They're grinds of repetition for a final purpose. The point is that they should be fun. In Tera's case, grinding out PvP gear should be fun, and until EBG came along, it wasn't. Broken mechanics aside leaving zerks nearly unplayable these days(and the matchmaking aside that'll give 5 sorcs and 5 warriors to one side and 5 zerks the other), I'd actually had fun in battlegrounds for the first time ever. People only play, therefor pay, if the MMO is fun. I could rant about problems with Tera as a whole and why it's decreasingly fun for me, but damnit EBG were actually fun especially when I'm rocking it as a solo healer, save people from gigas, and still manage a couple kills.

Your the one that needs to go back and read the whole thread again, because the OP said he wasn't complaining and I proved it many times through quotes that he was and that was that. I don't know exactly what your motive is, trying to defend him? I don't know but you clearly brought this thread off topic.

Best gear doesn't matter in PvE, though. This game isn't WoW where BiS is more important than group competency or dungeon/boss/mechanics knowledge. Hard modes may have enrage timers, so yes, you need good gear to beat those, but only good gear, good enough even, and then skill takes care of the rest.
I personally don't like nor agree with the cross-content requirement to gear up in Tera and it's honestly no better than the split content requirement every other MMO uses. I really don't like the fact you need to PvE to PvP and viceversa anymore than you seem to. That doesn't nullify the validity of the point that the grinds should at least be fun if this is how they're going to be and normal BG are not fun and never are until your moments away from no longer needing to run them.
Exactly you need to PvE aka Nexus to make conjunct. And yes do you need to do PvP if you want to have the best gear for PvE. BG rings gives the most attack as of right now. And if you plan on making PvE VM you need to PvP.

But, to give this a more serious response, either you grossly misstyped what you actually meant or you're actually saying gear equalization where skill is all that truly matters such that everyone can kill and be killed (teamwork and BG understanding notwithstanding) is the exact same as being one-shot by a wallop backcrit despite Fraywind +9 or popping every damage cooldown and OCing your TS to do 9k against a leather. Please, please, PLEASE tell me you misstyped... no, nevermind, don't tell me, I'd rather cling to the hope you're actually a reasonably smart and thoughtful person than risk being further depressed about Tera's playerbase <_<
You are basically implying you want to grind out your gear in EBG rather than normal BGs which is the same as complaining about earning your gear the normal way.

I don't know about you, but I have a better typing speed than 30 words per hour. I'm also in full Fraywind and if I spent the time to grind the cash I'm pretty confident I have the points between my zerk and my priest to nab the victor's plagio or whatever I need to at least get weapon and chest and would be getting towards +12 conj. I'm not even at the point where it's all about being able to grind the points anymore. It doesn't change the fact that normal BG are a chore rather than fun. Hell, lots of people in the "just grind it" camp will even admit to "suffering through it" I'm shocked so many are more interested in bragging than agreeing and insult instead of debate.
so here's an idea, instead of spending time crying about the bg's being gone...you could actually spend that time earning your gears? i mean...just a suggestion. in the time you spent to type all this out you coulda grinded out 60-200 bg credits depending on wins or losses

Perhaps we both misunderstood each other then because I did say that equalized bgs are good for people to grind for gear ^^ Im sorry you were offended but your complaints about the requirements to craft pvp gear seemed made it seem like you wanted EBGs so you wouldn't have to work towards conjunct. My apologies~~~~

Not only did you miss the point of my post you've expressed quite eloquently another issue I have with this game and it's the community. Anyone who takes issue with something is somehow lazy and demanding everything for free or for no effort and this perception is ironically common among those who have the gear (who in many cases were carried with premades or were the initial waves of players who can play games more than most people work for a paycheck). Even if zerkers weren't in their current state of near unplayability even being full +9 fraywind doesn't matter. I've still hit +12 Conj for under 10k with overcharge ticks yet not a single bubble on them to reduce damage. I'll still take 40k non crits from sorcs and the like. I'll still die within the stun of a backstab or a lancer combo because apparently that form of one shotting is balanced but here I needed to take a 10% nerf to TS. The only way you can play in normal BGs right now is to already have +12 conj or VM and by then there's no point to going. The grind should at least be fun which is the least any of us want and EBG just about did (at least for the PvP points, enchanting/MWing is another issue altogether)
At least in EBG it was fun to priest so I could actually gear out for the very very dead open world... for some reason...
I understand that equalized bgs are good for fresh 60s to get to pvp without getting completely wrecked but all I got from your post is that you're too lazy to work to craft your own gear. It seems like you want everything handed to you while you put in no effort at all. I started doing battlegrounds in full pve gear, and though it was rough, I kept grinding so I could make better gear. Maybe I'm weird but I enjoy progression. Having a goal and working towards my conjunct/vm was infinitely more enjoyable to me than sitting around QQing about people who worked for their gear and crying for equalized battlegrounds so I could continue to be lazy and stagnant.
And don't get me wrong, I think EBGs are great for people who just hit 60 so they can grind points and get familiar with pvp without facing well geared players; I just dislike the lazy people who refuse to work for their own gear and QQ on the forums.

Zerkers aren't kicked for being zerkers anymore from my knowledge but PvP wise we're the worst we've ever been. Get rep from both factions because you can trade anything you'd find useful across your account and get enchant fodder with the rep.
Wasn't aware the siege stuff planned to be equalized if that's what you're referring to. I hope they bring some optimization with it because even after doing all the tweaks I could muster I still flinch, stutter, and just have bad FPS drops in BGs with a rig more than capable of high settings on far more demanding games.
