Darchrow's Post History

Whatever fix that is already being considered in the KTera version for Berserker PvE DPS, will eventually end up in NA/EU Tera (cause we know En Masse should be smart enough to not do class balances themselves) so I fail to see any issues with Berserkers as it is. If the fix is not effected it will be picked up and redone why do people feel like Berserkers have been neglected.

Keep Calm Dont Always Overcharge

The only thing I could say animation wise is that the High Elf Females seem to have better animations in terms of aesthetics, they do a jump/flip similar to Elin when using Flatten and the way they charge whilst walking is quite nice also.

But in the end I think a Berserker needs to be badass and intimidating which is why the more crude the animation the more I feel like a Berserker.
Now correct me if I am wrong but from what I have experience so far with level 38 Slayer and Berserker is that even-though Slayer have the dodge mechanic, Berserkers feel like they roam a lot more during boss fights. I like how they feel when you lunge in with a Thunder Strike followed by whatever follow-up skill and proceed to charge another thunder strike and zone out of AoE then lunge back in again. (buffs on the side of course!).

Is this how you play Berserkers or is the damage just not optimal without fighting them in melee range all the time.
Isnt there two version of the buff?

Snipers Eye: Increases strength by 50 and adds 20% bonus damage when attacking other players, but decreases attack speed by 15%

Eagles Eye?: Increases strength by 50 and adds 20% bonus damage when attacking other players, but decreases movement speed by 20%

These are taken direction from Korean Website.

I wouldnt be surprised if its a new balance skill considering the amount of [filtered] you hear about Archer PvE from KTera players, similar to that of the re-balance works the Dev Diary is talking about on Berserkers. Of course I hope this has been thought out carefully.

Any idea on how i might get the High Elf light set 2? http://tera-online.cc/uploads/gallery/main/60/highelf_m_l21.jpg
Because this armor is making me want to roll High Elf Warrior

That is actually the set 3 but it is put in the wrong order.
The set 3 items all have a wolf theme and they belong to a dungeon that isnt implemented yet.
It is rumored to be a 20 man dungeon, and yes... it is the most badass armor I have seen to date.

Also one thing to mention is that a High Elf Warrior has unique animations for Leaping Strike and Death from Above, instead of striking in the middle they strike at the left for Death from above and with Leaping strike they do a spin and then pounce on the enemy instead of directly leaping onto them.

Uhm Frozen, not in any world are beserkers tanks. Just sayin

Talking PvP, not PvM. You don't see Berserkers backflipping.

I am aware that Zerks are Staggered Burst DPS in BAM fights.

well if it tickles your fancy unlike Thunder Strike, Rib Crusher (er I mean... Evasive Smash) can be glyphed for an additional 25% power, meaning a fully charged move into a Rib Crusher will do the biggest damage out of all your skills, with the only downside being Rib Crusher will not have a glyph to double crit rate like Cyclone/Thunder Strike.

Why Evasive Smash? Rib Crusher sounds so much more like a Berserker Skill, same for them translating Throat Slash to Measured Slice.

I do not know what PvE videos you talking about?
I see them use, Fiery Rage, Thunderstrike, Staggering Strike, Unchained Anger, Dash, Flurry of Blows, Flatten, Lethal Strike and Leaping strike for quick escapes, obviously Thunder strike is going to be doing the bulk of the damage but with the 20% attack speed from Flurry your Flatten and Staggering strike is going to come out very quickly. Not to mention Staggering Strike can be glyphed to reduce charge time for thunder strike by 30%.
Isnt there a Dev Diary about rebalancing PvP stats due to having too much reduction with the addition of the new accessories, this also covered some rebalancing issues with the Berserker for more consistent (read reliable) DPS and a new skill for the Warrior.
This is from a purely PvE build but was wondering since nobody seems to use unchained anger or any mana abilities apart from Flurry of Blows/Dash/Fiery Wrath I was contemplating on a build like this.

http://www.teraguru.ru/glyphcalc.html#br58:0000000010101010100000000000000110000000001000000100100000

Flurry of blows increases animations for buffs as well so it would be very helpful if Iam, using Fiery Rage often and add onto that the additional movement speed from both dash and glyphed Fiery rage I reckon I could try and minimise the difficulties I see from watching level 60 Zerker streamers in the new level 60 dungeons (hard modes).

I am not sure about the additional str buff from fiery rage, I could take it off and get a Rib Crusher glyphed for 6 points for 25% extra damage and slowly after gettting more and more master glyphs I could some points in dash reset cooldown.

Your thoughts please :P
