Until this game fixes enchanting it will always be dead, LoL @ server merging, who will pay 15 a month for this game with its current system? Chronoscrolls are this games life support, i wonder how much longer before people aren't even interested in even Chrono subscribing...They say fixing it is in *future plans* yet how many months has it been? How many countless threads and petitions have been signed behind this? And all we hear is they will work on it in the *future* yet we hear nothing of it coming this september.....gg my friends

I was gonna come back to this game. When I first left, it was in utter dismay--imbalance, errors/bugs, slow release of content, boring content, copy+paste feeling without any regard to impact on game, and the list goes on. Now that I've taken about 30min to review this game again, I see that it's even worse! Who in their right mind would want to/still pay $15 for a broken game?

The concept of Tera is brilliant--I love it. But En Masse (for NA) went about it in the worst way possible. It almost feels like Comcast decided to make a game. Could you guys imagine how that would look? Nightmarish... oh wait... this sorta looks like that...

Regardless, I'm now officially done with hoping for this game. If it becomes f2p/p2w (pay to win), then I might give it another go. But until then, I'll become a Torchlight 2 junkie. :P
Dang, this looks horrible. I had stopped playing Tera about a month after it came out because I would always receive lag inside the dungeons. Being an archer, that was something I really, really didn't need when it was already hard to sway the minds of brainwashed followers.

I was thinking about coming back since it's been a couple months, but it looks like things are worse. So you guys think I should just wait some more? I like the combat of Tera; I hate everything else--En Masse, the time spent on errors/content versus advertising what the community is doing (really, I don't care...), imbalances, dungeon finder community. I guess I'm on the fence regardless...

EDIT: Oh yeah, I quit the day after Nexus came out. Server-wide lag because of one event... ridiculous. It was a good idea, but they handled it horribly.

Great, I'd love to have ya if possible, Elfin. :) I can discuss this with you more the next time you're on.
Guild: Art
GM: Yytra
Guild Website: N/A
Art (the guild) is now looking for competent Lv55-60s who wish to progress in "endgame" content and so on.

Art's Goal:

The goal for this guild is simple: Endgame PvE Content. However, do not let this simple goal lead you to believe that we are hardcore, elitist, or anything negative for that matter. :) Art is here to gather anyone who has reached endgame, but hasn't had the chance to see or experience much of it. We will attempt to form static groups so that everyone can familiarize themselves with their guild and group mates, leading to an overall enjoyable atmosphere.

---

Art is not looking to gather up everyone and their mother. While the restriction of being Lv55-60 to join is steep itself, we will also not tolerate people filled with contempt to bring others down, greedy folk, or anyone who is isn't sitting well in the guild (or the server!).

If this sounds like something that interests you, feel free to give us a try. Art makes you think; inspires you and has powerful depth; and costs a lot of money (thankfully 'we're' free). Come paint yourself into this wonderful canvas so that others can gawk at your malevolence.

Please message Yytra in game or reply to this thread for any questions or comments. Thank you!

Currently Recruiting (spots available):

4/4 Tanks (1/4 is for GM Group)
3/3 Healers
9/9 Dps

This shows that we will have 3 static groups (excluding my own) running with possibly more to come. Extra of any role is always welcome and you will be placed with a group that frequently requires your role. Happy Hunting!

To those who doubt or demean, I'm here to ensure you that such a guild will come to exist and I (Yytra) will lead it.

I'd like to point out my previous post that describes the decline of interest in this server's (or even today's) guilds. I would like to bring back the age of small, yet powerful guilds that are giving justice to their old tradition of accepting applicants, not everyone and their mother.

I would also like to say that while I have no intentions of seeking out other guild's 60s, I cannot be held responsible if they feel their gaming needs are not met and feel they can be elsewhere.

This thread will be updated (or a new thread be created) once a guild name and goal are appropriately comprised.

Happy Hunting everyone. :)
There's 2 thing preventing guilds from attempting something like this:

1. Vanarch. If you cast away or alienate a large portion of your guild, then that's less fodder for your election and your 100% chance of being Vanarch in an area just dropped significantly. Course, if someone were really into endgame PvE, they would not put so much drive into Vanarch as the bonuses are cosmetic (from what I remember/have seen) and not tactful.

2. Bad reputation. If a GM decides to start picking and choosing 60s to bring in or worse (take) then that can bring some pretty heavy grief to them and their guild from the other guilds whom they are trying to "steal" from.

Knowing those two, this is 'still' something I would like to see and be done. Right now, I see no high-powered guild; no guild that's noticeably better than the other in terms of recruited 60s, gear, or consistency. Why can I not see this? Because every guild that I see is filled with anyone and everyone possible. Last I checked, guilds or clans weren't just all willy-nilly; invite everyone you can. They usually started and grew with friends, and then recruited more or better people until a solid group was formed.

This reminds me of when I used to play WoW. The best guild on my server had like 27 core players. There were times only 23 (or less) were on at raid times but they went with it anyway and still downed things the rest of us couldn't. They selected the smartest and best geared players to accompany them from the start and worked on their coordination. It clearly paid off for them, so why can't it for this game? I think it can.

I would love to see a camaraderie of 60s that have formed a guild not for a position on a throne, but for the position of an icon--something people notice and gawk at.

1. People who take more than 3 minutes to zone into the dungeon
2. People who take more than 5 minutes to get back into the dungeon after a wipe

Seriously, stop making the rest of the group waste their time because of your selfishness and inconsideration of their time.

If a wipe happened, BUY THE GOD DAMN TELEPORT SCROLL. Don't take 15 minutes to get back just because you are too cheap to buy one, don't know where the dungeon is, eating dinner, or taking a smoke break.
A wipe makes me mad, not because we failed, but because 99% of the time, one or more person in the group will take forever to get back.

Mmm... the lancer is strong in this one.
Right? I just noticed that bug of shots going through enemies (not doing any damage even though your cursor and range are clearly suited for it).

I kinda wish they'd make Arrow Volley (maybe Rain of Arrows too) automatically hit the back of the target no matter what to increase our damage from passives, crystals, etc. Maybe that and another skill would make us more damaging in PvE.
Hello readers.

My character's name is Yytra and I'm looking for a group to frequently run dungeons with. Due to an unknown problem, matchmaking is not an available option for me as 90% of the time I experience unbearable server lag; so I'm here looking for a crew willing to bring me in and make me their own.

I have experience in all available dungeons for my iLvl. I feel I know and play my class very well and shall not disappoint.

Please respond here or message me in-game. Thank you! :)
