Really? I pre-ordered this game because they promised a headstart. I didn't get it because of the bug, but whatever right? I love the game. So I wait on queues for a whole day, get cancelled a few times and get sent to the back of the line, but that's okay because it's a really good game. I finally get a hold of someone only to get a temporary fix. No, it's alright because the game is awesome and I'm sure they'll fix it. I get to play for a day and a half and the subscription ends. Now I'm waiting for hours on a queue again.
What? Really? And you're telling me that I have no right to complain? Who are you? Don't give me that whole "well you can go play something else while they take their time fixing it" talk. NO. I paid for this game and I expect to get what I paid for. If anyone needs to take a chill pill it's you. We are doing exactly what we're supposed to be doing: trying to get what we paid for. If anything destroys games its people who turn a blind eye on obvious issues and encourage the lack of an already poor service.

I'd like to apologize to the OP entertaining the derailing of this thread. I'm going to step out of this thread now since I feel I've made my point clear. Sorry again.
No worries at all. Just ignore that guy. I mean really.. his name is Pantypuncher. You can't take someone serious that names himself that way. I mean clearly he is a world class person. /rolleyes
These people are the same kind of people (if not the exact same) that pissed and moaned repeated on WoW's forums year after year until that game became the complete pile of crap it is today. And, what did Blizzard get for bending to these whinny little punks? A slew of cancelled subscriptions everytime the next "big" mmo came along.
These kids have no loyalty to ANY game. This crap happens on every single MMORPG that comes out. They flock to the new MMO, and then proceed to bash the developer and publisher because it isn't "what they want". They continue to bash and bash until the next new MMO comes along, and then they disappear in groves leaving behind the people who REALLY like the game.
Lets just hope the whiners move on to Guildwars 2 before they are able to influence true design damage to Tera.
WoW is the perfect example of how these people can destroy a game. WoW was awesome when it first came out. With each expansion it got worse. Today it's not even worth installing because it's been over simplified for the whiners.
